This was the worst experience in my life.. I purchased 2 clocks that do not work even, contacted the company no response for months.. their representative Sally Copas absolutely no help then the man that I should’ve called the company but I did I even left voicemails then got excuses while she was out sick. I had to do a chargeback finally and I still ain’t got my money but they’re complaining that they gave me my money back but want to clock back even though originally they told me they’d refund me and let me keep the clock and if I wanted it repaired I could just send it in, just a bunch of crap

I purchased a grandfather clock kit from Emperor. Quality of the wood is good, but the instructions are beyond horrendous. The instructions are vague in some instances, confusing in other instances and outright wrong and physically impossible in other instances. Ever try drilling two holes 6" apart in a piece of wood that is 6" wide? There are some parts included that are not mentioned in the instructions as well as an inadequate number of screws. I managed to get the clock built, but only because I have over 40 years of woodworking experience. Unless you're well experienced in finish work, stay away from kits from this company.

Totally unacceptable. I bought a demagnetizer from this company. They supplied a price, an order number. They are a fraud. Never do business with them!
