This was the worst experience in my life.. I purchased 2 clocks that do not work even, contacted the company no response for months.. their representative Sally Copas absolutely no help then the man that I should’ve called the company but I did I even left voicemails then got excuses while she was out sick. I had to do a chargeback finally and I still ain’t got my money but they’re complaining that they gave me my money back but want to clock back even though originally they told me they’d refund me and let me keep the clock and if I wanted it repaired I could just send it in, just a bunch of crap
