False Advertising and Customer Service That Doesn’t Exist
I’ve dealt with plenty of rough online shops, but Helloice takes the cake for the worst customer experience I’ve ever had.
False Advertising & Broken Promises
• Their site dangles a “free mystery box” as an incentive. I followed every step—sent an email and opened a ticket immediately after checkout—yet the box was left out of my shipment. When I confronted them, they shrugged and told me they’d maybe add TWO mystery boxes next time I order. Classic bait-and-switch.
• They claim to ship fast, but that only seems true when it’s convenient for them. The moment you need to update or fix something, suddenly the order has “already shipped” and nothing can be done.
Non-Existent Customer Service
• It took well over 24 hours for anyone to reply to even a single message.
• Their “customer-service” phone number? Totally dead—rings once and disconnects.
• WhatsApp chat? Ghost town.
• Emails and support tickets? Still unanswered days later. If you actually need help, prepare to shout into the void.
Overall
Helloice’s slick ads and promos mask a company that simply doesn’t care once they have your money. If you value honest marketing, timely communication, or basic accountability, spend your cash somewhere else. I wish I had.

I received exceptional customer service from Helloice. They kept me informed on the shipment of my items. When I had questions regarding my order, someone always responded via WhatsApp and email. The chain and pendant that I purchased of Spiderman for my nephew was amazing! Great work guys and attention to detail. I received the package on 1 JUL. Definitely returning to purchase more in the future.
