New Customer, Broken Delivery, No Response
I purchased a pair of Heavys on June 24th, and received them on June 27th. Upon opening the case, I realized that the head band is cracked pretty substantially. I then emailed your support team immediately, to which I have had no response. I really would appreciate information regarding getting them replaced, because I have been stoked to have a pair for a while, and finally got a pair that I cannot use. Now, I have to wait for an email, then I have to send them back, then I have to wait on a new pair. That sucks. So please send me information on returns as soon as possible, so I can finally give your product a shot. Thank You. P.S. You guys might want to include bubble wrap or at least a "fragile" sticker to help during shipping.

Moderate Product, overpriced
3/5 because they are a moderate product. I feel neutral about them. I definitely don’t think they are worth the price. Status earbuds or even a pair of the newer AirPods Pro will out perform these in quality and ANC.
They don’t need to be this big and bulky to do what they do. Yes, I have played with the EQ/App. That is also fairly lackluster for the premium price.
I paid $296.38 after a discount, shipping, and tax. I’d honestly give a higher review if they were $100 cheaper. Just give us what we pay for, imo.

Terrible experience
The headphones are very lackluster, noise cancelling barely does anything at all. Definitely not worth what they’re charging for them. And they won’t quit spamming me with texts! Been receiving marketing texts from them for months now. Tried contacting them to resolve it multiple tines to no avail.

Every single song sounded fantastic and as I have only seen Ghost live the only differences besides tobias' voice and the lack of chest pounding base was the fact i wasn't stood in the audience physically. I absolutely refute claims this headset is not loud enough (do you want permanent hearing loss). is this headset worth the cost? yes I would say it definitely punches far above its weight.

Not worth the price nor the hype...
I bought them once and returned them a few days later. Then a year later, I gave them another try for a longer period. This review is from that longer (more recent) period.
The headphones are a good pair but not for the asking price. The feel great and sit on my head nicely. I can wear them for long periods of time without discomfort. They look great too with the Shells. Battery life has been great too.
However, the sound quality is eh? The bass and treble are muddy or muffled. The app doesn't work (on my end) and I used Wavelet to customize the sound profile. The microphone is 'tin-y' or distant. HellBlocker/noise cancelling is bad.
I will note that my headphones constantly drops connection, telling me that it has disconnected despite still being connected and playing music.
For $300+, it's not worth it. Maybe half the price. Don't fall for the hype and the marketing.
Edit: Yes I checked the volume normalization setting, disabled Auto-Mix, and changed the streaming music quality on Spotify on both wifi and cellular. I check my phone for any listening restrictions too.
My Nothing earbuds have been sounding great out of the box even after these adjustments but the Heavys doesn't.

like night and day. If you're into heavy metal, music or rock music for that matter, these are definitely the headphones to purchase.
