Had been dealing with Omron to replace a blood pressure cuff for at least a week with no success. I made one call to Heart Rate Monitors. Their price was 20% less than Omron and Omron said their price included a 20% discount. Had my new cuff within a few days without having to pay for express shipping. Very honest and helpful company. Will use them often.
