Running in Circles to get Things Done with Healthy Directions
It is a complete shame that this company is totally unorganized. And customer service has their hands tied to help customers. I ordered a six month supply of Probiotics. Got my confirmation email immediately. I always check my confirmations. I noticed the address for delivery was incorrect. When I called customer service, immediately. They say unfortunately there’s nothing that they can do. They have no contact with there shipping team. I was told it must be delivered to the wrong address. And that I should make contact with the post office to try to retrieve it. ??? I have to Retrieve ??? This was an era with there system that customer service admitted. They said they submitted the proper address now. But it’s too late to do anything with this order. There should be better communication between channels within your company. Now I have to wait and see what happens after it is delivered to the wrong address. Completely Unacceptable and Very Unsatisfied.

Ordered June 20th and still no product
Keep on trying to track my order & it is still sitting in the the same place that I ordered, at their warehouse. I contact them and they want me to find my receipt in my Emails, shouldn't they know it since they have my money off of my Debit card, I've got to do the work of customer service or support and I'm the customer trying to get them to ship my order not once, not twice, but 3 times offering my address, the product may be great but it doesn't count when you can't get it to take it, that's all that I'm saying. At this point I have to wait 4 more days just for them to refund my money. All I wanted was my order, now I feel like I'm being scammed since they have my money and are talking about reshipping my order!!!! The tracking number shows that it was never shipped to begin with.Healthy Directions seemed to respond to almost everyone's review except for me and Mr. Whitley's. Hmmmmm
