I love how well they take care of there open boxed products. They give us a markdown since we don't have that "new" product guarantee, which is a nice to have, but really its like they opened the box, smelled them, looked and said oh nice product and then wrap it back up and sell it too us.

Product from Headphones.com are always original equipment shipped in the MFG. box with all attachments or accessories. The DCA Nour X is the most resolving headphone I have owned to date. The sound stage is expansive and the Instrument separation is clearly defined. I am very pleased with this product and headphones.com.

The product is great, packaging was perfect, the problem was with UPS who insisted on a 'live' signature so I had to pay $6.99 to have the package held in the UPS Store. Hopefully, a tracking number would be enough to show it was delivered.

True to the name, Headphones.com was a great site to buy from. The model I was interested in had both positive and negative reviews from staff, who went into both technical details and their subjective feelings.
