⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I walked into their office on Hoe Street and asked a young lady sitting at the deck some advise on a issues I was having with a teant.

The manager overheard me explaining my situation and help me understand the the fundamentals sections and the different regulations.

The manager was very genuine and even though he was busy i didn’t feel rushed and the information I received help me make the right steps to help my situation.

5 star customer service! It’s not often people will advise you on a situation without you agreeing to pay or sign up to an agreement first!

Would highly recommend.

Once they have money they dont care

Once they have your money they really don't care

It's all fine until you have a problem with the house or landlord. Agency doesn't care or want to help.

Our landlord isn't fixing problems with house and ignoring us. Would not recommend using them as they simple do not care about tenants wellbeing.

Slum landlords estate agents

Either incompetent or purposefully playing up the incompetence so that they can: steal your deposit, trap you with a slum landlord, and absolutely take the Mickey regarding any support throughout your tenancy.

Check-in inventories riddled with actual lies, (such as claiming the property had curtains and wooden blinds where the windows were bare).

Months would elapse without contact after I’d contact them for repairs, most of which never happened.

Their adverts are packed with actual lies, including photos for properties that are over 4 years old.

They do not understand, or pretend they don’t understand, the law and how it applies to them and the contracts they use. There are free templates online that are better worded than their ‘tenancy agreements’.
