Use anybody else. Absolutely the worst company I have ever worked with. Lana their manager is more interested in talking over customers to prove her point than assisting them. She’s rude, dismissive, and not suited for the position she is in. I’ve had so many issues with this company since I decided to work with them. Aside from charging me $300 extra and keeping a card on file that I asked them to destroy, my car was supposed to be on a shipment leaving two weeks before. I only found out my car had been moved because I called to confirm as I was driving in between states to drop it off. They weren’t professional enough to give me a curtesy call or a heads up. They make you hold for 30min to an hour and are unable to answer any questions. This was supposed to be an easy two week process but it is looking like it’ll take two months.

We did not charge an additional $300. The full shipping amount and coverage were initially processed on the wrong card. After you let us know, we refunded the coverage amount and reprocessed it on the correct card you asked to use. No extra charges were made.
Regarding your vehicle’s shipment, we sent an email on May 30 confirming that the vessel had departed. You were also provided with a booking number that can be used to track your vehicle at any time by visiting https://www.matson.com/auto-tracking.html
We understand how important communication and support are throughout this process and we apologize if there were delays or if you had difficulty reaching us. We’ll make sure your feedback is shared with the team to help us continue improving.

Better than EXPECTED!
I was nervous at first. Shipping a car from Seattle to Honolulu was a big thing, but HCT took care of me from day one and had the BEST price on the market. I initially booked car to leave on 5/7, but that shipment got delayed. Luckily for me, that gave me 3 weeks to spend with my family before I moved to Hawaii for good.
I drove to Oakland to save money and see friends. I got to have a mini vacation before I left the mainland. My car was scheduled to leave the port on 6/5 and be deliverable to me on 6/12. I am actually ALREADY in possession of my car! Boat filled and sailed on 5/28. I got my car yesterday on 6/5.
I moved to Kapolei and have been splitting use of my roommate's car. Getting my car early has given me my FREEDOM early. I have a 2012 Mini Clubman with tints, sunroof and more. I spent the WHOLE day yesterday cruising the island and loving my car!
I would recommend HCT to anyone. THANK YOU FOR GETTING NELLIE HERE IN ONE PIECE AND ON TIME!

Vehicle shipment via Hawaii Car Transport
I picked up my vehicle yesterday at Matson, Sand Island Hawaii. My vehicle was in the same condition as when it was picked up over a month ago, and this was my 3rd vehicle I shipped from Washington State.
I highly recommend Hawaii Car Transport for their services. I appreciated the automatic updates as to the status of my vehicles. They are affordable and their customer service representatives are professional and courteous knowing that as the customer, you are placing great trust in them to ship and take care of your vehicle.

Excellent service and communication with us! Our only complaint is that it takes so long to get from Oahu to Maui (Arrived Oahu May 9th. Arrived Maui May 27th) but that is the ocean carrier's schedule which you don't control so is not your fault.
