A very positive experience.

Great owner to deal with who offered me more than any other dealer for my car which was offered in part exchange. My new car (Ford S Max) from them is brilliant and I couldn't be more pleased. A very positive experience.

Sarah McCarthy was brilliant for us

Sarah McCarthy was brilliant for us getting our new car, very helpful and understanding of what we wanted and needed. She’s a great asset to the company, would happily have that experience again.

Sarah McCarthy was our point of call throughout. Great communication and fantastic service, nothing was to much and no question was a silly question. Made a stressful situation a lot more stress free. Joe Ashby was also very helpful.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE

Brought a Vauxhall Mokka from here, all was well for the first few months, then the problems started, car kept cutting out, loosing power/ going into limp mode, Brakes kept getting stuck, Everytime i took this back to the garage they would claim nothing was wrong with the car. Took the car back at one stage after they had 'inspected' the car and there was a rattle coming from the engine. They had left the engine mount unsecure and a wire loose. The salesmen called after about 2.5 years of having the Mokka and advised they can either get money off the finance or a new car. Due to all the problems, i opted for a new car. All is fine and dandy whilst doing the test drives & sorting the paperwork after choosing a new car. The day i picked the car up, they claimed all works had been completed and everything was in working order. The reversing sensor & camera didnt work. Took it back on the Monday after only collecting the car on the Friday. They took it to get fixed there and then. Week or so later, warning came up on the dash, start stop failed. Called the garage and they couldnt get it in until 27th November at the earliest, this was around the 10th November at the time (picked the car up on halloween so not even 2 weeks). Bit of a long time but fine as long as the car gets looked at. Well, this opened a can of worms... Could pick the car up at 4pm that day... Garage needs it over night to change the battery, pick it up at 4pm on day 2. Easy, only 2 days without a car... No they called to ay they needed the car over night to charge the battery (New battery had already been put in...) I can pick it up anytime after 10am on day 4... Go to leave day 4 around 10am, only to receive a call walking through the door... There is an issue with the high pressure fuel valve on the car which is why my engine management light is on. Dont worry HCS have agreed to pay for this, but you can't have your car back for another week at a minimum.

Two faulty cars from there later and i decided to give the car back and not finance a car from there again. Unless i am a very unlucky person and picked the only 2 cars on the lot 2.5 years apart that were not in fully working order. All of the cars are duds and the sales men are just after your money, promise you that all cars are in working order and all electrical and mechanical works have been done and everything has been checked thoroughly. Now this may have been because they thought i was a young impressionable woman they could manipulate but i will not be giving them any business and i will be warning everyone who suggests about going there not to waste their time or their money.

Sarah is amazing!

Great correspondence from HCS, Sarah was my main port of call. She was highly professional and an amazing rep for HCS. Very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend!

Don’t have them make you believe they…

Don’t have them make you believe they are honest car dealers. The vehicle they have sold me had a manufactures recall and then other issues. I contacted them and they was as nice as when they where selling me the vehicle, however when they realised they needed to sort it they basically told me go away even though supposedly you get a 6 month warranty with all vehicles.

I was looking at purchasing another vehicle for my partner, however after this experience I will purchase it elsewhere.

They just take your money and leave you with vehicles that are not road worthy. There are plenty of other places that will look after you and I will be spending my money elsewhere

Awful customer service

Classic story of very helpful and proactive before the sale, once the money was handing over....absolutely awful service! Didn’t reply to emails, wouldn’t send warranty details etc etc. Avoid at all costs!

Bought a Range Rover from these guys…

Bought a Range Rover from these guys for £24,000 and an extended warranty for £699 in the beginning of March. A couple of weeks ago had a problem with the electronic hand brake not dis-engaging and an error for the parking break. I took it back to the dealer fully expecting some help only to be met with the comment "it is wear and tear" nothing to do with us. They pushed me towards Richmond Hyundai who carry out all of their servicing etc who then billed me £456. The problem was exacerbated by the fact that the wheel locking nut was missing so had to purchase a new set, only to be told I must have lost it. Nice as pie to your face when buying a car but don't expect any customer service from these people - they will have already had what they wanted - your money !
