I LOVE the taste of this drink. Plus, it gives me better hydration. I can't even tell that it is "healthy" for me. I only know I love how it tastes and would choose it above other choices for a beverage.

I just finished my first full bottle of Olive Oil. I absolutely love it! After the first tablespoon I took, I actually started craving it. The sciatic pain in my back is beginning to ease up quite a bit. Also, I have an oura ring that tells me how my heart is doing among other things. My heart went from 2.5 years older to .5 years younger than my age. (not bad for my first few weeks of use). My blood pressure is good too. I take 1T per day plus sprinkle it over my salad everyday. Looking forward to more results as I continue. Oh yes, and I lost a couple pounds. Thank you Dr. Gundry.

I'm 86 years old. After going through care of my husband who has Alzheimer's and is still in care, I a lot of trouble with the "plumbing". Things are not yet perfect but getting better. Bladder emptying more. No problem with UTI so far. Bowel movement is now every morning after I have had breakfast. Feel there is more to that could be done to empty bowel.
More energy and interest in following exercise routine daily.
I try to follow your suggestions for food intake. Changed a few of the items I was eating previously.

It helps me to tolerate Rye Bread, Tomato Sauce occasionally, potatoes, green peas and green beans. I may even try some pinto beans, lentils at some point.

Vital Reds is the first thing I drink in the morning, even before coffee! I shake it with 11oz of lime sparkling water, either Sanpelligrino or Maison Perrier. I repurposed an insulated coffee bottle that has a flexible inner liner. BAM! Vitamin B’s!

Beware! Save ALL your empty bottles that you got your supplements in! You cannot get a refund without it! WHO on earth saves all their emptied bottles IN CASE you may want to get a refund because you're dissastified with the product! They have your orders in their system along with payment information..why on earth do they need empty bottle! I lost because I didn't keep my bottle. I will NEVER recommend this company to anybody nor will I ever order again. The stuff doesn't work anyways..it's all a scam!

I like the product. I mix it with Vital Reds or Primal Plants. I'm always trying to ensure that the good bacteria in my gut is fed well. I don't have trouble with my digestion if I keep everything in balance. Prebio Thrive seems to be helping control my hunger and helping reduce inflamation.

When I can't avoid lectin in certain foods the lectin shield is there to divert it. My bowels seem to be cleaning. I've noticed the fat on my body is softening and my pants fit a little better.

Dr. Gundry! As a woman in her 80’s I had come to a point of thinking my frequent bouts of ABS…mostly persistent diarrhea….we going to last forever. A friend recommended I try total restore. As a retired nurse I thought I had made every dietary adjustments that I could, but during particularly stressful times the symptoms were impacting my daily life.
I am almost ready to start my 3rd month of 3 capsules a day and I am grateful beyond words! I have notice MUCH less stomach and gut discomfort, much less mental focus and anxiety over whether I would have to rush home early from an outing. Many more regular and what I consider “normal” stools.

I have been using Dr Gundry's products for several years now. I currently use Primal Plants, MCT Wellness, Metabolic Adanced, 24 strain Probiotic, GI Advantage, and Total Restore. I am a 73-yr old male who has suffered from Crohn's disease my entire life, though not diagnosed with such until my late twenties. Initially from about seven years of age I was diagnosed with Psoriasis and was put through the wringer over that, especially when I was diagnosed with psoriatic spondylitis. I have been on Pentasa and Humira the past few years too and am currently pain free from my Crohn's disease for the first time in more than fifty years and I contribute that to the improved balance of my gut biome from the combination of the above.

Primal plants has been a staple in my life on a daily basis for 9 1/2 years. It is the best green drink out there. If I can’t get my veggies and dark leafy greens in during any one given day, I know that if I’ve had my primal plants drink, then I’m good to go. Really great product. I recommend it to everyone.

Hi, My name is Genny and I have had such a horrible time in the last few years suffering from Leaky Gut and horrible food allergies. I knew it was leaky gut because I spent countless hours online researching what was wrong with me and what the symptoms were from. It all started in 2019 when I found out that I was gluten intolerant. I was almost 60 years old at the time! I had been sick and had been prescribed antibiotics multiple times within a matter of months. During that time I was also given cortisone shots for eczema and put on Prednisone for 3 MONTHS...by my doctor! He never told me what might happen from being on all of these meds. It got a lot worse from there. My face and neck looked like a piece of raw hamburger. My eyes and mouth were swollen, and I had red hivey-type, rash-y patches all over my face, neck and chest. I was miserable and didn't want anyone to look at me. I HAD to go to work and am so thankful that I have such a wonderful and supportive group of co-workers, who didn't make me "feel ugly" even though I knew what I looked like when I looked in the mirror. Anyway, I tried so many different probiotics, gut health products, vitamin supplements, hormone pills...you name it, I took it. I ended up spending more than $2000 on supplements that claimed would heal my stomach but none of them helped. I even took a blood food allergy test only to find out that I was allergic to almost every food on the list. Then I started hearing Dr. Gundry's advertisements on YouTube/Facebook and thought I should give it a try. So I ordered and started taking the Total Restore. Not even a month later I started on the Bio Complete 3.

I am so jazzed!!! After only 1 week my face and neck started clearing up. After 1 month my complexion is like....WOW!!!! My skin has not looked this good in a loooong, looooooong time!!!

After only 1 1/2 months I figured I would try to eat some gluten to see how my body would react. I ate half of a donut and I felt okay! No red patches on my face and neck! I have had a lot less bloat. I take it in the evening and I find that works best for me, as it resets my body while I sleep. Great product. I still love BioComplete 3 although I felt the need it was time to change things up a bit.
