Mishap at automatic teller

Good afternoon, I would also like to write a review about the service we received at a gruppo api petrol station near Lecco. We had inserted 60 euros into the automatic teller, but unfortunately when the receipt was printed, only 40 euros had been alloted. We spent over an hour trying to get a refund, but with no success. The attendants said they had no way of opening the till and checking for the extra twenty euros. I have just written to the Claims department at Gruppo Api in the hopes of getting a refund. Not only is petrol expensive, but with these added automatic teller mishaps, it has gone sky-high. Thanks for letting me voice my disappointment and offer caution to future customers.
