Happy Healthy Hardy Hibiscus

I had ordered some hardy hibiscus 3-28-25. They delivered on 4-25-25. It's now 6-14-25 and our Luna White hibiscus has bloomed 3 absolutely gorgeous flower buds. These flowers are HUGE. I couldn't have had a better experience purchasing from this place. I received my plants all in great and healthy condition all the way in California. Transactions and communications were easy. My mom loves these flowers, and we are excited to see the other plants bloom. I highly recommend this nursery. The prices are more than reasonable, the plants are healthy, and transactions are simple.

Skeptical? I was. But only at first.

I was looking over and over for a certain plant and was having so much difficulty in finding them.

The plants that I was looking for are called
Surdiva Blue Violet Improved Scaevola Plant. I was able to get them last year, but this year I was having such a problem probably because of the amount of rain we were getting.

I was actually desperate at this point so I did a Google search for this particular plant and another company came up first, but I wasn’t impressed so then I moved on to the second and I’m glad that I did.

These were shipped overnight and when I first got them and I opened the box, I was a little disappointed because they didn’t seem to arrive in very good shape, but there was an insert within the box so I read it and it said that before they are shipped, they are trimmed & then packed.

I reached out to the merchant last week. I believe it was this past Saturday, June 7. They got back to me the next business day and gave me some hints and advice and they said don’t worry they will pick up. Tina said that if they didn’t, they would have definitely shipped me out two more and now I really believe that.

I dealt with Tina in Customer Service and she was absolutely outstanding. I had not ever encountered such a lovely customer service representative.

So I put the plants in the sun with a little water and prayed for the best that was on Saturday the seventh of June…then Saturday passed, Sunday passed Monday
then passed & I said gee…they don’t look good then finally yesterday, June 11, I went outside and to my surprise, they were really starting to pick up.

Now they look actually just as good as the other ones that I bought locally.

Next time I know better and I will order directly from them. They have great service fast shipping and also a nice selection of flower plants.

I can’t thank y’all enough

The quality of the plants I received…

The quality of the plants I received was excellent. They were bigger than I expected and very healthy. The packaging was first rate. I highly recommend buying plants from them.

I highly recommend GrowJoy for ordering plants online

I have ordered several plants from GrowJoy, and I think only one has died. The plants are always healthy when I receive them and sometimes in bloom. Ordered 8 quart size roses last fall, and they have bloomed a lot this spring and are healthy. I highly recommend GrowJoy. Their Customer Service is exceptional.

I received my plants two days later…

I received my plants two days later than the scheduled delivery date, all the plants I ordered were dry as a desert; two were nearly dead. The plant height was much shorter than the advertised height, and the plants were clearly grown underneath trays of other plants, as all of them grew downward and all leaves were bent downward. At least one plant died within hours of opening the box, unknown about the others. For the price charged, the delivery, quality or lack of quality, and receiving some plants clearly dying - was a rip off. I do not recommend ordering from this firm, I will never order from them again.

Ordered 12 corn plants

Ordered 12 corn plants. Packaging was good, but the plants were mostly dead or dying. Plus, the corn they sent WAS NOT the corn type I requested. I just threw away almost $200.00 on these plants and feel like a fool. All the negative reviews here are spot on. Stay away!

Mark, our customer support team mentioned that you create a ticket Saturday after opening the box that stated "Two of the plants arrived out of the soil with that was in the plastic containers, stems were bent as well. I'm going to try to see if they can be saved...but, don't have too much hope."

Was this two plants with issues or all of them? There was also mention of them being incorrect varieties in your message.

The plants arrived sooner than I…

The plants arrived sooner than I expected! They were packed with such care to insure they arrived as they left the facility. They are bigger than expected and the tomato plant already has blooms ( whoa, that really put me over the moon : -)).
I can't say how happy and excited I am, it's like having a head start to continued care for my big, green, bushy, healthy, beautiful plants.

I started ordering from GrowJoy this year (Spring, Summer and Fall seasons) and have been totally happy with the packaging (best in the industry as far as I'm concerned!), shipment time and quality of plants received. I only had one shipment there was a problem with, but it was the delivery drivers fault and not yours. I'm looking forward to seeing all the improvements you've made and next years growing season. Wide Variety & Large Blooming Flowers

I've purchased from several different nurseries online throughout the season and I am very impressed with the plants sold by Grow Joy. They continually ship plants that are much larger than most places and in excellent shape! Customer service is very prompt, professional, and courteous.🌿

Additionally, I have spent a lot of time looking for plants online that you can't find in the stores and have found that Grow Joy cares the largest variety of plants. Plants always arrive quickly and very carefully pai. Flowers arrive in beautiful shape and usually blooming which is often not the case when purchasing online vendors. Even the plants I purchased in the fall had blooms when most companies have already cut theirs down.
I highly recommend shopping this company!

This is not a legitimate company

This is not a legitimate company. They don’t ship intend orders you can’t get in touch with anyone at company about order. They have some bullst ticket submission that they won’t answer. Wont refund money ever. Won’t send tracking info or any information. Stay far away this is not a legitimate business. Just a family of grifters

I sincerely apologize for the frustration you've experienced regarding your plant delivery. Let me clarify the situation and explain how we're addressing it. Your order was placed after last week's shipping was completed and was scheduled for this week's shipment. The order did ship as scheduled; however, we understand you decided to cancel after it had entered the shipping process. We've contacted our delivery service to request the return of the plants. If they're unable to intercept the package, please refuse delivery when it arrives. Your order has been fully refunded as requested. Regarding our customer support, we process tickets every weekday. However, our support staff doesn't work on weekends, which may have caused a delay in our response. Our standard support hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM.
To ensure this issue is fully resolved, we will follow up with you early next week to confirm the status of the return and refund.
