My family and I had such a great time. Staff made things easy to understand and quick to get on the water. Communication was great, everyone’s happy. We will definitely be returning next time we will be here for more on the water fun. Veterans friendly is always a plus for us too, as my husband is a prior Marine. Thank you!!

Cusmer service is nonexistent. They will steal your money and give broken redemption codes that can't be used. Hours wasted with no resolution. Money gone with nothing to show for it.

The technician came to clean the ducts but failed to mention that we needed to move clothes, towels, and other items beforehand. After the job was done, he left a huge mess behind. Dust and debris from the ceiling were scattered everywhere. Even worse, part of the bathroom ceiling collapsed—and he didn’t make any effort to clean it up.
This is very upsetting because they make sure you do review and leave quickly. I need to get money back.

A good restaurant gone GREAT!
My daughter and I have dined at GGs Italian restaurant often. The last time wasn't that great. I just found out they have new owners, And they've made a big difference. The food went from good to great. The music was more relaxing and still Italian. The service went from mediocre to attentive. Our server, Francine, Was there when we needed her and anticipated what we wanted.

I bought a Groupon for a wax and have been trying to reach the vendor for a month now. She doesn't answer on StyleSeat, 2 phone numbers, or on social media. I want my money back and they're not giving me a refund, so they effective stole my money. They're selling vouchers for a vendor that does not exist then refusing to refund when you point it out. I'm furious.
