Shipping is a little uncertain
Hello, the company I work for has been buying from GoVets for a while now and it's excellent service. The only complaint that I have is that sometimes when I buy something, I don't know when to expect it. Sometimes the shipping is very quick and other times it can take up to a few months. The only issue I have is that some of those items that take a long time are listed as "In stock" and has no indicator that they will need to be backordered.

🚨🚨🚨🚨WARNING for dog breeders 🚨🚨🚨 I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received at Go Vets, and I feel compelled to share the full extent of my experience. Not only was I misinformed about the number of pups during the initial scan, which led to me making a choice I wouldn’t have otherwise made, but the treatment I received after the C-section was downright negligent.
Luke, the owner of the practice, lied to me multiple times. He assured me after the C-section that my dog had been given the oxytocin injection, which is a standard recommendation following such a procedure. This was simply untrue. I have proof from their own records showing that no such injection was given. When I confronted him about the lies, the vet then lied again, claiming that too much oxytocin would cause the uterus to rupture. This is not true, especially when there’s no reason to believe my dog had high doses of it already in her system (she was under general anesthesia).
Due to this negligence, I ended up losing both of the puppies that survived because my dog could not produce milk—she wasn’t given the oxytocin she needed to stimulate lactation. My dog suffered as a result of the vet's failure to follow standard care protocols, and it breaks my heart that this could have been avoided.
I raised a formal complaint with the Royal Veterinary College because of the severity of this situation, but when I tried to bring this issue to the practice owner, he showed no interest in resolving it. It was clear the practice was only concerned with making money, not the welfare of the animals in their care.
After being a loyal client for many years, I was further appalled by their attitude when trying to book an appointment. They refused to see my dog unless I paid in full upfront. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive payment until Friday, and as a result, my dog had to suffer for three days before they would even consider seeing her. This just goes to show that Go Vets only cares about money, not your pet’s well-being.
I wouldn’t trust them with the care of any animal again, and I strongly advise others to consider other options when it comes to the health and safety of your pets.

I ordered a stall door and the website…
I ordered a stall door and the website states that the hanging hardware is included. The box was damaged and I assumed the hardware fell out in shipping. I entered in to a chat only to be told that the hardware is not included. I thought I had made a mistake but double checked the website and also the chat person agreed that the hardware was to be included. I know have a gate and no way to hang it. I now have to try to find the hardware at extra cost. I will not do further business here again.

We hope that everything turned out ok for your gate and are so sorry this happened. For future reference reference, your order number is 000459344. Hope that you consider us again in the future as most order deliver same or next day and we generally do not experience these types of challenges with our suppliers, manufacturers or 3rd parties. My order arrived only 2 days after I ordered it. But the packaging could be better. I believe it could have been packed more snug. With arrows pointing in the up direction.
