I am having the same experience as Dariusz. Called their support to report that the glass mirror fell off and only hang in its wires. The support told me to email all details and explain what happen. I was told immediately that it was my fault and that I should checked that the mirror was stuck. The mirror was stuck when I adjusted it to my views but jumped off when I came up in normal speed on a road with lot of traffic. How should one know it will jump out if its frame while driving when it looked fine in the beginning 🤔
So now T. Angius and the rest of the goto team is trying to make me pay 400 euros to cover a side mirror where only a new glass and a front plastic cover needs to be replaced - a damage I did not do but simply reported to them as a previous loyal customer.
Avoid this company if you dont want to be scammed.
