No service + Running away from responsibilities
I signed a property management contract with GogoEstates this year and asked them to recommend and get an offer from a company; to make new tiling in a small bathroom. They arranged a crew of two, who really did a terrible and unprofessional job. I complained the first day as soon as I saw the work develop - but GogoEstates rejected to involve themselves in any aspects of solving the issue as they were "busy with clients". It took 3 days for the director to come and see that this was a bad job done: "but you paid them and it´s your problem". The problem was the starting point: sending incompetent craftsmen and ignoring own role and responsibility. I have never experienced a worse attitude - even shouting to my face "you have to wait until it is your turn - we are busy". It left me with poor tiling and fatal errors that I had to solve myself together with 14 days of intense cleaning up mess.
