I purchased an oven and stove from…

I purchased an oven and stove from Goedeker's in 2020. They recommended and I purchased the extended warranty on both appliances, with the company they promoted, Epic Protect.

I required a warranty repair on the oven door in September '23 and Goedeker's warranty company provided ZERO ASSISTANCE.

I called Goedeker's five times between 9/21 and 10/4 and was told Calvin, the manager, would get back to about refunding my initial "extended warranty payment".

As of October 18th, Calvin has NOT returned any of my calls and I have not received a refund.

Goedeker's does NOT utilize reputable warranty companies and does NOT stand behind them in any way.

OVERALL: I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY.

Horrible service "" ordered a $1.500 …

Horrible service "" ordered a $1.500 Bosch microwave "" when we received it finally 😢 the contractor came a month later to install it "" when he opened the crate he noticed the Styrofoam was all broke up so when he pulled in out the top was dented and door wasn't shutting: When deliverd I was with the delivery guy and helped him so I know when we unloaded it we did not drop it :( it came that way. Well Goedekers will not do a thing to replace it. Said to contact Bosch "" they won't do anything as well said Goedekers is at fault " so no customer service and the lady we called was rude won't do anything so we're stuck with a none functional microwave sitting in the basement:: people read all the negative reviews:: they show the good ones but when started to read the reviews:: their were alot of negative reviews ": so do your research 😉 wish we would of

Great Customer Service

I had a ton of issues due to supply chain that needed sorting out. When messaging wasn't cutting it, Latoya John gave me a call and helped me out.

She was kind, courteous and helpful well past the point that I could have been...exasperated.

I could not be more happy with her assistance. Great customer sevice.

Quality and comfort

Quality and comfort. These are two variables which I follow when I choose some technics to my house. This time the story is about my wife more, as she fond of cooking and requires simple, but contemporary solution for her hobby.
I mean an oven of course, because she bakes a lot and always delights me with delicious cakes. I found a nice one in this company and ofc I found out all the details via contacting customer support managers. Everything ws quite okay, the oven which I liked was in stock and it ws delivered within a week up to my doors. My wife is so happy these days as she has a good-looking and technologically advanced oven.

I've purchased a lot of appliances from this firm. They offer consistently low prices and excellent delivery options. Shipping was quite quick. The order arrived earlier than expected.

Still waiting after 17 months

We ordered a frigidaire column refrigerator/ freezer in October 2020...still don't have it. They tell me (since February 17th when I received an email saying my order shipped) that it's allocated to me and ready to ship, but can't seem to get it on any of the trucks that deliver twice a week! I call 2-3 times a week to get an update but just get the run around, "promises" or "I'm so sorry, here, I fixed it" but nothing happens!!

After 17 months of waiting

After 17 months of waiting for an oven/microwave combination, we decided to finally cancel our order which had been paid in full ( according to them, so we could get the maximum discount). When I called to cancel, after several failed attempts to get through, someone from "Appliance Connection" called. She said we had not yet paid for the item. Having read of shady practices by this company, I had my credit card statement in my hand, that said otherwise. The agent insisted that it was only a pending charge I had had enough. I said I'd call my bank with a fraud complaint. She suddenly said, "I'll be right back." Upon returning, she said, "Oh, my mistake - you have paid in full." She claimed I'd be getting a full refund. We'll see.

I Couldn't get help from two other customer service individuals prior to getting Evan Cook on the phone. Evan helped me with my problem without giving up.

I was getting no where with my issue of a shipment I had been waiting for for weeks! Finally after getting Evan Cook on the phone everything was solved. He, Evan was very helpful and kind. We need more representatives like him in this world.
