Great customer service and reasonable package prices
I started with a Office365 account through microsoft and it was a nightmare. Made an error setting up my business account that they couldn't correct. Hard to get through to customer service and when you got there, they didn't fix the issue. That they had caused! Called GoDaddy and even before I signed up they solved the problem I had. I have been with GoDaddy for years. Often I can't solve an issue because of lack of knowledge and a quick call or chat with GoDaddy and problem solved. No bots telling me to make choices that have nothing to do with my issue.

I am godaddy customer for some years, now i need to move my domain on a new register and godaddy told me that I need to wait 5 working days, lot of other brands give you auth code immediately. So I lose 1 working week because they don't send me the authcode

terrible customer service. significantly incompetent. One of their team pointed my domain to the wrong website as they tried to add sub domain for me. I did chat twice and called once total time an hour and a half and at the end they forwarded it to the wrong website. more than 24h and my website has been down.
