Replacement frames

I had sunglasses I really liked but I sat on them and broke the frames so I found the exact frames on line and ordered them. When they get here I will install the lens and have a brand new pair of sunglasses.

Lesca Buzz - Grand Total: $359.91

The product is missing. The glasses frame is missing. Support isn't responding. Presumably, there isn't any support either. The service is lousy and clearly a scam. Highest warning level for this seller. They intentionally avoid PayPal to make refunds as difficult as possible. I am beyond disappointed with this offer.

In the end, zero stars and an attempt to get my bank to correct the fraud. Thanks for nothing, bum!

No product, and no response to my inquiries

I placed an order on May 30 - frames only, no lenses.

It still shows as "processing".
I called on June 11, and was told that I would receive an email followup within 3 hours. When I didn't receive a followup, I put added a support request to your system. The confirmation stated that people typically get a response within 1 -2 business days. Still no response from them.

Out of stock after paying

Ordered a pait of opticals,
promo seemed great and everything considers it was a good option.
First they sent an email that my order is pending waiting for the prescription - even tho i manually entered it (any other website will not do that)

After, when I uploaded it, they sent an email saying its back ordered.
I placed an order on GLASSESUSA a month before to a pair that was *last in stock* and right after the order i refreshed the page and it was out of stock - GO-OPTIC had me place the order and pay, and only after told me its back ordered.
disgusting. I returned a diff pair to place this order

The worst AI chat support and nobody to answer the phone

The worst AI support ever... I received a receipt by email as soon as my order was completed. The shipping address needed correction because the autofill on my computer had made up an obviously invalid mix of US and Canadian fields. I tried 3 times within 15 minutes to reach someone by phone. The result was always an automated message: try online or call later - no agent available. Even if the order had been placed minutes earlier, the AI chat told me that it cannot cancel orders, that they must be returned once they have shipped, but it could assist me with changing the address. Although I had given the right address in my first post, I gave it again. The answer was: "I cannot make changes to the order or shipping address directly. Please contact our support team." [...other posts...] final reply: "I recommend reaching out to our support team through email or creating a support ticket online for the quickest resolution. They will be able to assist you with your request. If there's anything else I can do for you, please let me know."

I still have not received my refund

My refund has been stuck in "Pending Refund" status for 4+ days. I also paid for priority mail shipping, but the order did not ship until 4 business days later, so that was a waste.

$262.90 down the drain!

I paid $146.90 on May 16. This included $30 for 1-2 day delivery. I then found out my daughter would not receive the frames as promised. Cancelled the order. Have still not received any refund. BTW, my daughter first ordered these frames and paid $116.00 on May 1st for the same frames. Her order was cancelled by them and she also does not have a refund!! so $262.90 and we have NOTHING.
