Poor at best....

I put an order in for items clearly shown as IN STOCK on website for next day delivery - for a birthday present.
After 3 working days of no shipment, and no notification either(5 days in total) - I tried getting hold of someone - but their phone wasn't answered. I then emailed instead, and initially got absolutely no response either.
Their communication was SO poor and slow - I had already given up and gone elsewhere for the items - all of which had been delivered (next day)... well before I got any Ghost Bikes response!
I had even contacted the bank to see if I could recover the payment - because I'd just not heard anything.
(Other than the initial order conformation for next day delivery!)
It took another couple of days - to finally get an apologetic email response from Richard - to say they didn't have all the items in stock after all and would I like some of it?

Waste of time and effort dealing with Ghost Bikes - and so sadly I am now awaiting a refund...

Ghostly items that vanish!

I purchased an item listed on Ebay by Ghostbikes, and the name didn't let me down... it was like a ghost, I never saw it.

Ghostbike list items on Ebay, which they don't have, and decided to take me money but no item showed up. After contacting them, they said the 'waiting time' was listed, which it wasn't, and it was on it's way.

Over 2 weeks pass, and Ghostbikes cancelled my item and refunded my money. Magically, this item which was in the post, had magically found its way back to the warehouse and got lost. What an embarrassment. But it's not over yet...

I informed Ebay, which is slowly becoming a joke to buy on, stating they are allowing sellers to list items they don't have, but charge you for, and then they buy it from Temu, etc and charge you what is basically a handling fee, and Ebay are fine with this. Absolute waste of time. Better of buying from Amazon. Anyway, I digress...

Ghostbikes then contact Ebay, alleging that I have been threatening them. Avoid buying items from second-hand sellers such as theses. Complete waste of time and effort. Weeks gone by and I still don't have my item. Absolute joke!

Your webpage is trash

Your webpage is trash. Nothing works. I can't search for a dealer not in my smartphone or even in my PC browser! When I try to write feedback to you on your webpage, when I write and i press the Space tab, the page scrolls down all the time. This is terrible. You ask big money for the bikes but you cannot test your webpage. You lost a customer just because of your webpage.

Don't touch them

They are the worst bike company I had the misfortune of dealing the guy who runs the customer care has 0 people skills and is a rude individual arrogant individual. I ordered a £339.15 exhaust via ebay from. Them they sent me 5 x key rings not worth a £1 as if sending the exhaust then wanted me to keep this saying they will send the exhaust separately due to delay I returned it as otherwise they could have not returned my money or send me the exhaust then they said they will ship on the 26/06 when I inquired they say a refund has been processed, when I asked to reorder the item this guys say I cannot do it in the same. Price as I complained about their service to the manufacturer Scorpion what a petty man with a pee size brain how childish so called head of customer care I rest my case. Shame shame shame

Great Shop, Great Staff

We have shopped in store at Ghost Bikes on numerous occasions now and each time we have had brilliant experiences with the staff members. There is a great relaxed feel to the whole shop and staff are always very keen to help but they don't hover.
We have been able to find what we wanted on every occasion and today was no exception.
Thank you for the brew too, it was most welcome 🙏 🤗

Scammers

Purchased and returned a product that was too small, the company never refunded. Scam of a company, will never use again and do not use this company!!!

Great product (Black) Helmet

Great product (Black) Helmet, have owned one for about 2 years now, but noticed the replacment visors were getting hard to find on line,
Called ghost bikes today and Ross went out of his way to find one for me in shop, was given a great deal and was so happy that I called up to enquire.
Will definately shop at Ghost again, staff seem always happy to help if they can. thanks again Ross.

Great own product (Black) at great…

Great own product (Black) at great price. Purchased their own brand waterproof over trousers and jacket. Torrential rain first time out and kept me dry. Had their own brand boots in the past with similar experience. Customer service also great . Sent me a stirrup for my trousers which I had not connected properly and lost free of charge and promptly.

These guys were Bang On!

I have had a couple of orders from these guys and they are spot on. When I rang about some luggage that was on Ebay but not on their web site the lady on the phone said hang on I will go down to the warehouse and see if I can see them". She did, they were, and I bought em, arrived the next day!! Great extra mile service. Since bought a helmet and again first class.

WORST BIKE EVER !

Bought new.. 1000Eur...
Ghost Nirvana, for the kid.. 35kg.. not for an 80kg adult.....
Only problems...from may 2021 until now, 26 june, the bike was in service three times....
In two months it was in service 35 days....
Never.. but never saw a bike with so much bad problems...
1. The wheels are off-center
2. No screw where tight
3. Parts where not tight. The derrailleur twisted...
4. The threads have failed...
5. No replacement parts on the stock...
And more....
One star is too much for this brand...
Minus 100000000 is the real number....
Last day was the 4th time to go to service in two months.
Ghost bikes are a BAD JOKE ON OUR MONEY !
TODAY I BOUGHT ANOTHER BIKE and write this review.....

Outstanding service delivered on the second working day. Quality item excellent value for money, strongly recommended if you are just getting back in to bikes or first time and looking for just the odd item have a look what this company has to offer
