I bought one of their Ryoko products…

I bought one of their Ryoko products and after receiving it, it failed to work. I tried contacting the company by the information they provided but was never able to get a live person, only boiler computer links to try to collect more money to fix their problem at my cost.
After three weeks of frustration they failed to support their product so when I returned it at my expense $68 to ship an 8 ounce box to German from the USA they wouldn't even pay the duty on it so it was returned to me. I contacted PayPal and after that PayPal returned my money.
Lesson learned, if they want you to pay for return shipping it is probably a Scam.

It was cool

All the offers and stuff. I got charged like almost $200 for buying the product at hand in the first place then accidentally paid for 6 months of service I think and I'm pretty sure it was a really good deal I just didn't realize that's what I was doing at the time.

I want a full refund.

They advertise Unlimited data, they advertise easy setup,
they advertise higher speeds,
they advertise a low low price of $55.

None of it is true, issues with setup, charging and speeds are deplorable and today I get an email saying I'm at 50% of my data plan ( on an "unlimited" data plan) and want to upsell pissy 2, 4 or 7 Gig a month plan. What a crock of cow excrement this service is.

I would not recommend this to my worst enemy.

If I could give a zero review I would.
