Poor Product, Worse Customer Service
My family's FOIL experience has been very poor. We have owned the board for 2 years and have gotten exactly 15 seconds of use. I have spent countless hours on the phone with customer service and was forced to send back different components for repairs on multiple occasions. Each time a part was returned, yet the Board never worked. The company, after a while, starts to target the consumer and try to blame them for the product failing to work. If i could give a zero rating I would. I would strongly urge those in the market to look elsewhere.

Dealer to Order to Delivery is awesome
I started with Dan Gleason for Foil demo on 9/22 at Lake Norman , I decided to purchase on 9/23, worked with Fritz to order 9/26, I received the package on 10/6. I put it in the water that day. I got the bags later on 10/17. All is great.

Warranty honored
Foil has been good about responding to a problem that seems to be a mechanical failure in the motor. They have a new motor/mast being shipped to me and I'll return problem motor in same box, warranty honored, no charge, Foil did ship the new parts the same day that they reviewed videos of what motor was and wasn't doing. Also, the battery connection alignment/coupling is not as easy as it could be. Thanks Foil

don’t waste your money. Tons of issues
I purchased the extended warranty as this was a new company and I should have never bought the board. I don’t use it much, but I don’t think I’ve used it 5 times in a row without issues.
I’ve had to send the massive battery and controller back 3 times now. The paint on the board chips with barely any contact with other surfaces. I take care of my belongings and this board has chips all over.
Don’t waste your money. Way too many issues.

Good product, delivery and logistics needs much improvement
The product from your company is great. However, the whole experience with shipping and delivery delays was very frustrating...months delayed! I understand you had issue with supply chain that was outside your hands but it made the whole buying process very frustrating. In addition, both the website and my delivery specialist made promises on delivery timeframe that was way off. Apart from this, we are really enjoying your Foil so far and believe there's a great future here.

Flawless experience ordering our Foil
Flawless experience ordering our Foil. Walked us through exactly what we wanted, shipped when they said, no issues. Product works great. There was a software issue with the wireless trigger, but they have kept us aware of the issue and when the fix will be available.

Misrepresenting delivery and bad customer service
Went to the foil website and picked a product that was advertised as “in stock” and ready to ship in July, 2022. It’s now almost 3 months since order and multiple emails and still no product. I get told it will ship in 10 days, that was almost a month ago.

Maximum FUN ! Amazing product/company
Board came in 2 weeks and was updated every step of the way. This board takes place of every toy we have ever had on the water. I have never smiled so hard flying across the middle of the lake effortlessly. This is a must have for anyone that enjoys a weekend on the water, amazing product!

Great product, excellent service.
Ordered the base board with the 9hp motor and the larger battery with the classic wing at the end of July. It arrived about 3 weeks later and I've been out on it twice. The first time, I noticed something odd about the mounting bolts and sent a picture and video to Foil support. They responded within an hour. The second time, a had an issue with my mast. As with the first time, I sent a picture and video to Foil support and they responded within an hour and told me they would repair my powertrain and were sending a box out to me.
The board is incredibly fun. I've had friends and siblings ride it and they love it. I'm very pleased with the prompt service and support I've received and I look forward to many more rides in the future.

I have ridden a couple of different foils. So I say this with confidence, these are hands down the best on the market. I would only ask that GetFoil offer a couple of surf wings. The HA's are nice to have although I like to have choices when I am riding.

DO NOT BUY this efoil!!!
DO NOT BUY this efoil - spend a couple $$$$ more and get Lift or really anything would be better.
I've been trying this efoil out for a client. My first ride the foil wing exploded causing bad impact with the board as it reared up, denting board and of course destroying the front foil wing along with causing a bone bruise of my knee. Great Customer service though, Brian and Fritz are easy to work with and are professional. Unfortunately, they are representing a terrible product. They sent out a wing that is made in China, look it up, and due to a short season and wait time for replacement the board sat for the winter which was also damaged in the crash but they won't replace or even send paint to fix the bad crack. Time to refresh battery and start riding season, oh wait, battery is shot and won't charge after following recommended storage guidelines. I'm told they need to be sent back to get reprogrammed, The battery never charged fully anyway; at best 90%. The new controller and battery returned two weeks later and, oh wait, 5 minutes of riding and the controller leaks. WT*@#$! Again, need to return the product to get a new one. The owner still hasn't actually ridden the board, I'm just trying to figure it out so he doesn't get wrecked trying himself. Absolutely ridiculous! We are done, time for a refund. I'll update on how that goes...don't hold your breath!

another update-
the third handle/controller arrived and it didn't work. I had to do some long hold on and off cycles and then it worked...sort of. There is a cool feature that as far as I know isn't on the other boards controllers and that is a power setting. This is actually genius because when your riding it's hard to control your speed. You can peg it and click or double click the center button for your top speed...if it works. When the controller came back on line it didn't show the power level so you didn't know what it was at - 10 is really #$%^& fast - it goes to 15; of which you couldn't see. It took another two charge cycles to get back on the screen.
Now after 3 charge cycles - the first in succession since this board was purchased over a year ago due to many issues it seems to be working.
For HOW long I'll let you know...TBC
and, they don't offer PROP GUARDS, are you kidding me?!?!? Watch out for the blender at your feet!
