Horrible custoker service reachability

The initial product was damaged during delivery and never was delivered. Gazelle never got back to me about this. In fact I had a very difficult time getting through to them. I was on hold for 30+ minutes 3 different times on the phone. And the online chat assistance says that you are idle even if you have the windows right in front of you.

I eventually had to message the Facebook page to get any assistance

False advertising, bad followup options

I ordered an iPhone 11 in fair condition. The 55-point inspection indicates that the devices should have 80% battery health or better, but when I received the device it was at 75% battery health and needed to be serviced.

Calling support, the representative said sending the device back for a refund was the only option, but that would mean not having a phone for as long as it takes to get a refund and re-purchase. It would have been much better to have some kind of partial refund so I could get the device serviced locally.

I bought the Iphone 16pro, it was not my first time on the site. I must have bought 4 phones with Gazelle throughout the years. Every time the service has been great and have never had delivery issues. The phones are truely affordable and they work as described. I will continue to return to Gazelle when I need another phone.

I upgraded my iPhone 8 to an iPhone 13 mini. The ordering process was easy, the phone shipped quickly and the price was very reasonable. My new phone arrived safely packed and in perfect condition. All of the functions seem to be working great.

I did not receive my phone

I did not receive my phone. The phone was shipped USPS and the tracking showed it was delivered, it was not! When I call the customer service rep said I had to get a police report for a stolen item and that I might get reimbursed. WTF! No we will call the post office, we will investigate, just I had to call the police and that Gazelle would send me an affidavit and I wouldn't get a replacement. I have purchased items from Gazelle in the past with no issues but in this case I am rethinking me options.

Shipping Not The Best

I ordered an iPhone Friday morning with 3-5 days free shipping, the phone did not shipped until Monday, it is now Thursday and I am still waiting for the phone.
Also, I should not need to download an app to track my phone.
I have purchased several phones from Gazelle and this may be the last, for $10 more I could have gotten the same phone in two days from Amazon. Not happy
