Just ordered New Age 12 piece garage cabinet set. I’ve been doing research for quite some time and could never get really an answer to my questions either talking to New age directly or some other companies that are selling their product. Watching a review on YouTube that highly recommended Garage organization Website I called them and after talking to calling center they told me that somebody from sales is going to give me a call which literally happened two minutes later. Very impressive. A sales person named Aviad called me and gave me all the details I needed to know regarding the cabinets and more. He was extremely professional and very patiently explained in detail ordering process and everything about the cabinets. Item was shipped with an extra set of…
Item was shipped with an extra set of end walls rather than the required side wall coverings for right and left sides. They haven't responded as a way that I can get these parts so as to be able to have a completed garage covering. At a stand still. Ihave left the invoice number and product number along withmy info to hopefully resolve but no response.

The customer never reached out to us regarding any issues. There are no phone calls or emails from this customer at all. The customer placed an order on 7/27/2024 and his order was delivered via FedEx on 7/31/24. The customer has had the product for over 3 months now and has never reached out to us. We would have been more than happy to address any of his issues within a reasonable timeframe.

Slow process takes forever
Ordered two small wall cabinets … they say 7-14 business days to process and believe me they’re gonna take 14 business days to just process the order… and another 7 to ship … they make you sign so somebody has to be there wether you ask or not smh … the product came and the locking doors are the flimsiest i have ever seen i can pry them open at the top with barely any resistance … i ordered them on august 14th they came September 10th they are located in Jersey im in Pennsylvania … I’ve had stuff ship faster from china … Almost 30 days to get 2 small cabinets with 75 dollar shipping fee 🤯 they must be ordering them from china and drop shipping them

The customer placed an order on August 15th after business hours. The item in question does state that his order would ship within 7-14 business days - this was clearly disclosed on the product page and on the order confirmation email he received. His order shipped after 12 business days early September 4th, 2024. The shipment went out via freight carrier and his order was delivered on 9/9/2024. Because this ships freight (to prevent damages during transit) someone must be home to sign for the delivery as stated in our policies. The carrier called the customer and scheduled the delivery with him on 9/9/2024 per the customer's request. The customer DOES NOT live in PA as he claims - it was shipped to DE which was the designated location on his order. The customer never called here prior to placing the order with any product related questions or concerns. The customer called twice, after the order had been placed, to ask for shipment status and he was disclosed exactly when his order would ship. The customer's whole claim is completely fabricated. His order was shipped and delivered within the designated timeframe to the address on his order (New Castle, DE) and delivered on a date that he requested and scheduled directly with the carrier. His order did not ship from China as he falsely claims - it was shipped from Keasbey, NJ.

Ulti-mate cabinets
I live in Northern California. Cabinets appeared to ship from southern California just a few days after the order was placed. Delivery time was fast for such heavy and bulky items. Cabinets were packaged well however there was one minor scratch that was on the finished surface but it was minor and in a location that didn't matter. The wood cabinets are preferred over metal because they don't make the noise that metal cabinets do when you open them. The hardware included allowed for different installation methods. I had extra hardware when done which was nice. The feet were adjustable beyond what the specs were which allowed for a lot of adjustments. The cabinet door hinges allow for easy adjustment to keep the faces aligned and even reveals. The price was not horrible but there is a considerable amount of assembly. These save a lot of time over building your own however which is a big advantage when you want the garage done. No issues with Garage Organization. Smooth transaction.

Before I even received my cabinets, the communication on my order progress was fantastic! I received my cabinets August 12th, about 2 weeks earlier than anticipated, and not only am I thoroughly impressed with the quality of the cabinets, the packing of the cabinets was amazing!!! The wall cabinets and base cabinets were packed inside the tall cabinets so tight that you could have rolled them through the yard and nothing would move. #SuperImpressed Way to go Garage Organization and New Age!!
