Will not send your orders out. They will only give you a fake tracking.

I have ordered 2x ride on car for my twins for their birthday. But after 6 days of order I was told the item is not stock and I was offered a different funny colour. Than further 2 days gone but nothing has been shipped out and I have no idea if they are going to send anything out. My sons going to the front door every hours to check if the cars are here. But this company don’t have a sh** about it. They just want your money and let you deal with the headache. I see a lot of people not happy with company. I regret not reading the review before I place the order. I am very annoyed with the dodgy people.

Default equipment and no response

I've bought a treadmill on eBay with them, it arrived faulty, I returned nearly 3 weeks ago and no response from them at all, no refund, so no eBay will help me on this.
I don't recommend at al!!!

No customer service, impossible to contact. Would not recommend.

Purchased an excercise bike through wowcher, paid extra for next day delivery. Eventually received about 9 days after ordering. Shouldn't be offering (and charging!) for next day delivery if you can't do it. Emailed for an update on my order and a refund of the next day delivery charge. Email address on the wowcher details for the company didn't match their website. email address on website was incorrect. Contact form does not work. Emailed 3 or 4 times after tracking down right details, and to date, not a single reply. Bad website, no phone number and suspect they are operating under a few different business names. I guess they purposefully make it very difficult for you to get in touch so they don't have to deal with any issues. Have now received order, quality ok (just OK) but isn't the colour I chose. No hope of getting a replacement, as they don't respond to emails. Wouldn't shop with them again, and wouldn't recommend anyone to buy through them.

The iron man 306 multi gym is a nightmare to assemble

Ive not had any contact with the company so cannot comment on service. The items (several boxes) arrived in good time I knew it would be a flat pack nightmare but OMG 10 hours to build including a trip to tool station to get a 16mm drill bit to make the metal grommets fit the breast exerciser Bolt connections. I'm in my fifties and have a lot of experience in building and am mechanically minded and I struggled, the instructions are not to bad then leave you short at the end leaving you to work it out yourself. The only items marked are the boys and bolts and that's done badly in the instructions a grommet is listed as a punch pad? None of the components are marked with numbers or letters to say what they are you just have to try and work it out from drawings in the poor instructions at least Ikea label their parts and some of their stuff can be testing!
Once constructed it's a fairly good bit of kit for the money and it got the thumbs up from my 17 year old son who tested it, so it will work properly if built correctly only time will tell if it has longevity, I think it will.
But trust me and be WARNED if you are not mechanically minded you WILL NOT be able to build this item!

Awful DO NOT ORDER

Awful. Having seen an exercise bike on wowcher from them that was sold out I decided to go directly to their website. Conpleted my order for the bike where the site says all products fully in stock and available for free european delivery. Thats clearly not the case! I placed my order on 28th March, a week and a half ago I got a call saying my order was delayed because they were out of stock! They told me it would arrive on the 13th April so I waited and nothing came. I decided to wait a bit longer and have now waited a full extra week and I have heard nothing from them despite numerous emails as they dont havr a customer support number and I still have no exercise bike! The £250 this bike cost however has gone from my account and have no way of contacting them for a refund at this point!

Not Fit For Purpose Exercise Bike

I bought the IM Fitness Stamina Exercise Bike via Wowcher which retails at £149.99. The bike took a while to assemble, however even at 5'7" the seat at its highest setting was still too low (this bike may have been suitable for a small child - which I am certainly not) impossible to get a stretch at all, I emailed Wowcher who eventually gave me Games and Fitness' customer services but they were of little help; no promise of a refund, just wanted me to disassemble and return to them but within the 14 days from which I had received it which had already expired. It wasn't that I didn't want the bike, I just wanted one which was fit for purpose.

There's no Customer Service

There's no Customer Service, so if you have a problem like myself with missing parts or parts that don't work your stuck with a broken product. There customer service email just bounces back and if you fill out the contact form on there website it doesn't actually let you submit. Do not waste your money.

Bought a bed through this company on…EBay

Bought a bed through this company on EBay. Although I had initial problems with it, they helped me every step of the way. From help in the construction to help in solving an issue with the headboard. Friendly, courteous but more importantly, never condescending. They are really fast to reply too which helps when you have 4 sides of a bed propped up against the bedroom walls! Any absolute pleasure to deal with and I am a very happy customer. Would deal again with them in a heartbeat.
