I accidentally purchased a different key for my version of Microsoft Office for around 15 euros. After several attempts, I was unable to resolve the problem. I then contacted Gamers Outlet support. The response was very responsive, followed by a few more attempts, until a technician took control of my machine and managed to install Microsoft Office. It couldn't be better. Paid for Office 2024 Pro Plus. Didn't work art first. They they told me to download a program from GitHub to fix it which I did, but then I couldn’t use my OneDrive account with this Office program. I request requested a refund and they refused.

The CD-keys are just for one-time use.
The CD-keys are just for one-time setup and if your pc crashes or you need to install the Windows again so you get license error and the support center wouldn't help either. They're coming only with excuses.

CD Keys work fine - but be careful with transaction fees
If you are not paying in USD, EUR or ILS, you will get charged a separate currency conversion fee from your debit/credit card provider.
The checkout page and even the PDF invoice you receive will only state your local currency, so naturally you will think you paid in your local currency.
I can't see a reason that they can't get the currency right here.
And given you already pay a separate credit card processing fee to Gamers-Outlet, it does leave a sour taste in the mouth.
