This company should be ashamed of its exploitation of veterans and employees. The products are poorly produced. They are not shipped in a protective manner and take a very long time to arrive. The cap we order did not have the proper Air Force Seal. It was cheaply and poorly screenprinted. Finally, it was just shoved in an envelope and crushed.

Order GXT-96872 (personalized tumbler) was delivered to you on December 16th, 2024, even earlier that it was supposed to be delivered. Please check.
However, if you ask about order GXT-98610 (also for personalized tumbler) - there are no delays and the order should be delivered in the timely manner.
The tracking information shows that it should be delivered within1 -3 days.
