The ring was beautiful
The ring was beautiful. However, I had to email twice to confirm the shipment of the ring to a FedEx location (the first email did not receive a response for 11 days), and I had to email to follow up as to the insurance appraisal. The customer service was, unfortunately, sorely lacking.

I don’t know how the experience is
I don’t know how the experience is. I found a ring that I liked, however it takes 20-35 days before I will get the ring. Then they started drafting the payments from my account two weeks after I ordered the ring. I do not like having to wait for my ring, if I don’t like it and have to return it, I then will have to wait for a refund! This is the first time I’ve gone through this process, unless their products are exceptional! I will definitely not buy from them again!

I am absolutely appalled at the service…
I am absolutely appalled at the service I received from Gage. I was working with their director of sales the last few weeks (Frankie), who is in all the TikTok promotions.
While working together I paid a memo to view two diamonds in person, and received the confirmation details
However, due to tariffs Frankie then came back stating that they cannot honor their terms, and the only way to proceed would be for my to buy the stone outright without viewing. In addition, I would not be allowed to return
Granted, I work in the supply chain industry and monitor the tariff regulations on a daily basis, which were given a 90 day extension
I simply expressed my concern stating I felt that is not right, and would have no problem purchasing the stone I want to view, but if it is not what it seems, then I have the right to return
From there, I received an email from their COO (David McCoy) informing me that they have reimbursed my memo, and will not be working with me
As you can imagine, I was extremely taken back that the incompetent leaders at Gage would make a mistake, and then send me this email at 6pm when they close, ultimately running from the situation.
Not to mention, when we first started working with Frankie. She sent over some diamonds that we loved. I put a deposit on them and Gage got back to us a couple of days later saying they got sold. Not only did they got our hopes up but the continuation of unprofessionalism that was displayed throughout the whole process was shocking. Especially coming from the Chief Operating Officer himself.
I just want to bring to light at how this un-trustworthy place operates, so nobody had to experience what I went just went through moments ago.

My son found the service and staff to be extremely attentive from beginning to end to find the perfect engagement ring! It is stunning and they worked in his budget and really had so many great options. Thank you Gage! Extremely caring and professional stuff. Maya was amazing. Dustin is the guy to see as well! I would highly recommend Gage! They really take the time and you know and understand what you are buying here.

My overall experience was wonderful! I had a ring custom made as a surprise. The staff was very communicative with the entire process and made sure to implement all of the details/ideas into the ring that I wanted along with assisting to find a particular diamond I was interested in. I love that I was able to receive a 3D rendering before we started the official process as well. Upon receiving the ring, it exceeded my expectations. The staff were also mindful of my deadline and I received it right on time for the day that I needed along with order updates during the process. My experience was great all around, and I would work with Gage Diamonds again! Thank you!

Very satisfied overall
Nothing negative to say. I have been very satisfied overall. Picking the jewelry is intense, but once the selection is made, financing is next to nothing to complete. Once the order is in, you don't receive updates, so you are a bit in limbo until the item is sent out. This is my only complaint. If you check on your order online, it doesn't seem to update. I have ordered several items in the past and will continue to use them. Very happy doing business here..
