Bad communication and shirt quality
I ordered for the first time one hoodie, one jacket and a player version shirt.
First red flag, i got no confirmation email about my order. I had to contact them on whatsapp to get a confirmation (just a “we received your order”) and a tracking number later.
The sizes were all as expected. The jacket was really good feeling and quality. The hoodie looked as in the picture, but the original was 72% cotton while that one was 100% polyester. It feels cheap but it looks good.
The shirt was a disappointment! While the patches were good, the quality of the shirt was really bad, like a plastic bag.
I was contacted to give a review and i told them about the quality of the shirt. They replied with a screenshot of my order where it was clear i order a player version and said they only had it in fan version. So it seems they decided to give me the bad quality with no communication first.
I would buy jackets again if I don’t find it anywhere else, but for jerseys i would choose other websites.
