Kayla was amazing!! My Oakley's were so old that we had to send pictures back and forth to figure out the correct model. She is the only reason that this sale was made! I could not have completed the sale without her expert help!

I am SOOO happy with my Fuse replacement lenses !! I had bought a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses ($500) and unfortunately scratched the lenses. I did not have the heart to spend another $500 for new sunglasses so, I tried Fuse - I Couldn't be happier !! The cost was on point and the lenses are just as good, if not better than the original lenses.

Their customer service is excellent also - I had an minor issue with the Fuse lenses whihc I ve had for about 4 years. I contacted customer service and they happily provided replacemnt lenses at no cost.

I love this company and will be sure to continue using thier priducts in the future !

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out Fuse Lenses for not only their high-quality products but also their truly amazing customer service. I ordered replacement lenses for my sunglasses, and from start to finish, the experience was seamless.

At first, I accidentally ordered the wrong lenses. I reached out to customer service expecting a hassle—but to my surprise, they responded quickly, were incredibly understanding, and offered to exchange them at no charge. They made the entire process simple and stress-free, which is so rare these days!

The lenses themselves are crystal clear, durable, and gave my old frames a brand-new life. The fit was perfect and the color options made it fun to customize exactly what I wanted. But what really sets Fuse apart is the level of care they show their customers.

They made sure I felt confident in the installation process and even followed up to ensure I was happy with the result. It’s rare to find a company that truly stands behind its product and treats customers like they matter.

Ordered 2 different sets of lenses. Unfortunately lense on one set had a nick/chip in the film of the lense. Sent an email to fuse and they immediately responded with a replacement set all ready out for shipment. Lenses are great quality and the service awesome.

Great customer service, I developed a crack and some scratches on these lenses plus I’ve had them for right at a year so they have some wear. Filed a warranty claim, and no questions were asked just the new shipping information and a confirmation email. Hope to wear this set about another year then get me a different color Through fuse, thanks for the help!

I ordered the wrong size lenses for my Ray-Ban, I contacted customer service to facilitate a return so I could get the correct lenses. They helped me to get the correct size, sent them to me, and were truly great to work with. This is my second time ordering from them and I will continue to do so!

Fuse is the greatest lens replacement and sunglasses company to ever exist. Bought a pair of replacements for my Oakley's and have been using them for about a year now. They are scratched and marred from regular wear and use and the warranty replaced them at no cost for shipping or anything. The warranty process was simple and smooth and they even reached out to make sure I was satisfied with the new lenses. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
