The lady who helped today was friendly/professional, offered cookies and coffee.....her knowledge on mattresses was exceptional and I felt no hard sell and an understanding of my requirements and my budget. Furniture village sofa and coffee table
Hi there, just wanted to say a big thank you to furniture village who delivered my sofa and coffee table and the two people who delivered it was Tom and Lee. They were very kindful and very polite and understanding, they delivered the sofa in a respectable way .
They were excellent at there job and friendly.

MATTRESS
At first I would say this purchase was successful. Didn't seem to have stuff wrong with it.The guy delivering put mattress on base upside down. I knew this from the Castelan guy that came to view the mattress with a big problem..... The mattress,well I don't know what to say about it. At time of sale consultant said to me there should be replacement no quibbling..... all they've done is quibbled...... I've had to be my own support and re-purchase a mattress. They blame me, for the brown stain weird marks etc. They've used terms and conditions as reasons, not sure what that's about. The insurance will "see to" a mattress if a customer has spilt dinner, but tell me they are not cleaning and maintenance ! ! Cleaning some dinner up would be cleaning at least..... For this and me having to re-purchase a mattress experience gets 1 star.
