I needed my leather furniture restored. I came across Mark who fixed 3 holes by changing each panel and matched the leather. He also fixed some faded leather work. He then fixed 2 broken springs. Mark also replaced all 4 cushions and fixed the stitching on one cushion which had come apart. His customer service is excellent and he is a very polite man. Can’t thank you enough Mark for your first class job. If I could give you 10 stars I would.

Mark came today to undertake a a repair on the bolster on my drivers seat and he did an excellent job.
Would definitely recommend him & definitely use again if needed in the future….👍.

I have not heard from the company since a representative visited my kitchen and took photos in November 2022.
I heard nothing from them and waited till well into January when I emailed them for a response. Todate I have not received one.
What is the point of a guarantee from Odina, if it means nothing.
However, the Homebase representative was wonderful and helped me with my claim, but the above company needs to look at their business ethics and customer service dealings.

Our dining table was damaged by a small bottle containing solvent being left on it. I contacted Mark who came out and repaired onsite. He did an amazing job and would have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you Mark.

Brilliant Job done repaired sunken cushion on one leather suite and brought another suite back to its colour after losing its colour and being very patchy did a really good job on both suites would highly recommend Mark.

Shocking workmanship, job done to a poor state,. would not recommend. After a shoddy "repair" He informed me that he would return in about two weeks or i would have to wait weeks, Really? After being paid. Ridiculous. The quality of how he left my chair was shabby and franky disgraceful. I had used Mark before and that job was not so well done, but thought, foolishly i would give him another chance. Sorry i did. I had another "Professional" Upholsterer come to see the job, and he could not believe the mess he had caused. Not an oppinion i could see myself the state of this Marks poor workmanship. I wish i could publish the pictures i have of the piece of roughly ripped piece of foam he stuffed into the kickboard of my chair, no care in shaping it or even using a knife to cut it. Sincerely and seriously i would not recommend Mark under any circumstances. Finally his knownledge of how to deal with a customer is non existent.

Our New Suite that's 17 years old.
This review is long overdue, sorry for the delay Mark. I contacted Mark early last year in the hope he could resolve the wear and damage from 17 years use on my Pendragon Leather Suite as everyone else I had contacted couldn't do it.
Mark was the only one who said he could, I read his reviews so put my trust in him with a certain amout of concern being the only one who said he could do it. The seats were in a bad way to say the least. Well after a reasonable wait and a period where they went for repair Mark arrived as planned to fit our replacement cushions. He did a full clean and rectification work on the rest of the suite.
How true to his word was he. We now have what looks like a brand new suite, we never dreamt that he would produce the quality, the finish, everything about it has just blown us both away.
Honestly if you have some work for Mark, yes you'll wait a while, but it will be worth it. I cannot recommend this man enough his work is brilliant and a really nice bloke aswell.
Will definately use again if the need arises.
