The flowers were quite sparse

The flowers were quite sparse. Not at all what I expected for the price that I paid see the picture that I sent in the attachment. I happen to be at the funeral and saw my flowers. I was extremely embarrassed by what was received by my family. Additionally, I also ordered banners. There were no banners present.

Disappointing

I bought an arrangement for a friend who'd lost her mom. I upgraded it. When she sent me a thank you text & photo it was very disappointing. The number of blooms was less than half of what the order had shown. Almost embarrassing. When I reached out to customer service, I was refunded 20%.

The flowers that were delivered weren't good…

The flowers that were delivered were not the flowers that I picked out! There was no card! I did fill out a card! So therefore the person that got them had no idea who they were from! And after I found out I was embarrassed! Quite disappointed!

Problematic Peonies

The peonies never fully opened. This is a week after delivery.

I got a response from them saying a supervisor has called and left a voice mail but no other information, no such voice mail occurred.

Update, they sent me an email and have given me a refund, so all is well!

I got a late notification that my order…

I got a late notification that my order would not be delivered until 4-5 days after the date I chose. This was very upsetting. I sent birthday flowers to my daughter in law who is going through a divorce from my son. The situation is awkward and your delayed delivery made the situation worse. Your measly refund was not enough to make up for the emotional damage caused.

No Help With Dead Flowers

The flowers never bloomed and died as buds. I sent an email and someone said they would send new flowers and they never did. I sent ANOTHER email and the next person I talked said they had no record of it and couldn't help me. WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER!
