Don't trsut them
My grandmother prepaid her funeral many years ago. When she passed in December some of the situations had changed, and thus the arrangements, resulting in credit due my family. Nearly 3 months later and we have yet to receive the money owed us. I have reached out to the funeral director several times and he assures me that he has reached out to billing to process the refund. Yet, nothing. I don't recommend using French as you cannot trust them with the financial end of your funeral.
