The Owner's Misaligned Priorities Compromise Patient Care at Company
Being a customer of this company was an incredibly nerve-wracking experience due to misalignment of the owner's priorities. The owner's failure to prioritize patient care and safety created a constant threat to the well-being of those who sought treatment at the facility. It was deeply concerning to see the lack of attention given to basic safety protocols, as well as the failure to provide adequate resources and staffing to ensure the best possible care for patients. Unfortunately, this misalignment had a real impact on the quality of care provided, resulting in a loss of trust and confidence in the company's ability to provide competent and compassionate care.
