Awesome business conduct
Shipment got lost by the parcel service in Germany (to no fault of the shop owner). He immediately offered a refund. I opted for a replacement instead, which arrived as soon as it was available. Communication was timely and on point. Putting something in a basket and clicking on checkout is pretty much the same everywhere. What happens when something goes wrong is what counts. They put the customer first. 5 stars.
