I worked with Donovan, and he was amazing. He was quick to reach out, and we had a really tight deadline that he made work. The thumb drives turned out beautiful, and the engraving was free. He also sent me a sample box of different items they have. It was like a Whitman's box of chocolate, and the whole team was fascinated and testing them all out. We do a lot of custom pieces and try to keep it unique, so that'll be helpful in the future. Most of all though, he was amazing overall; he was great at communicating and being patient with my constant changes to the proof. Totally recommend working with them.
