35% discount!??
35% discount!??
I today contacted this lot as to one of the plates on the back of my sense 2 being lost. They advise that my pebble is no longer under warranty and offer me 35% discount on a new one! I've never been impressed with this junk. £369 for 2 years of head shake. I do 6 miles on treadmill and it advises me to move?? These are not even accurate! I won't be buying another. These will never replace basic tools and common sense. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED CASH!

Not the company they used to be
Not the company they used to be. I've been using fitbit products for over a decade and never had a problem. I used my fitbit in the pool one time this summer and it died due to water damage even though it's advertised as usable in the pool. I was offered a 35% discount even though they clearly lied about the devices capabilities. I will not be buying another fitbit product again.

Incompetent
Fitbit customer service was always excellent, personal, intelligent and effective. I just bought a new Charge and for reasons still unknown to me, it could not be connected to the app. Terrible customer service rep and incompetent tech support. I’m sadly returning it and switching to a different tracker after 15 years with Fitbit.

Battery drained and now not charging in my Charge 5. Was asked to wait for n update till my device drained completely n now not connecting.
Using Google as an excuse to void warranty.
Been with Fitbit for close to 10yrs. Never again.

Do not buy a Fitbit product
This company used to be good, responsive, helpful. Now it is rubbish, unresponsive and the Fitbit product is awful. I received my Fitbit watch less than 2 years ago and now it doesn’t work. Can I get help / a response / a replacement from Fitbit - not a chance. I will never buy a Fitbit again and totally advise this to anyone thinking about such a purchase

Watch purchased in 2024
The watch purchased in 2024 has now stopped working. Trying to file a warranty claim is a matter of going round in circles, getting nowhere. The contact telephone number given doesn't take calls. Clear message - if you buy a Fitbit product and it stops working, you might as well throw it in the bin, cause you won't get any service from them. One star rating is far too high. Should be -2. Next contact point is Which legal support.

AVOID! Product and app are awful.
Aria Air scales simply dont sync properly or reliably. They never have! Even removing a device on the app is horrendously bad. I think this is the worst bluetooth device I have ever bought in my life. AVOID!

Fitbit Charge 5 very poor quality
I bought a Fitbit Charge 5 which lasted 6 or 7 months before it died. Fitbit replaced that tracker which has also died less than 2 years old. No warranty as they say only 2 years from the start of the first tracker purchase. Very poor quality product I would not recommend anyone to purchase with so many alternatives on the market.

Shocking
Shocking! My 4/5th because I can’t remember what replacement I’m on, has gone to watch hell again. Been a Fitbit user since 2019 and yeah 4or5 versa 2 in 6yrs is shocking. When it works it’s good but when they go wrong there no knowing until the screen just doesn’t work anymore at all. I’ve decided to go to a fruit smartwatch now. I wouldn’t recommend using a Fitbit as they’re just not reliable enough.

I’d like to leave warning for Fitbit…
I’d like to leave warning for Fitbit users. My versa 2 exploded while charging. Luckily I wasn’t wearing it at the time. Customer service is next to impossible to deal with. You cannot get a real person to talk to, only AI messages. They take no accountability at all.

Fitbit Charge 6
I’ve had my Fitbit Charge 6 for about 7 months now. Overall, the battery life is still great — it easily lasts 5 to 6 days between charges, which I really like. The strap is also very easy to keep clean with just a quick rinse under water.
However, I have experienced a few ongoing issues. It has never calculated my floors climbed, despite several troubleshooting attempts. Additionally, it doesn’t always show a map of my run, even though location is set to "Always" and Bluetooth is connected. After multiple resets and discussions with Fitbit customer service, these problems remain unresolved.
I previously owned a Fitbit Charge 2 and never had these kinds of issues, so I do feel that in some ways the older model performed more reliably. While the Charge 6 has some nice features, I’m a bit disappointed with these persistent bugs.

Terrible brand
Terrible brand, & you’d be silly to buy from the FitBit brand, don’t waste your money….
It’s obvious from so many reviews - they are poorly made, …you won’t get long before it totally breaks.
Second time giving Fitbit a chance, another £300 & another completely useless watch after not even 2 years. NEVER AGAIN!
I don’t know anyone who has a longterm success rate with a Fitbit and everyone I know has now switched brand over time.

Fitbit charge 6
I have a charge 6 Fitbit watch and I have found it to be totally inaccurate, it fails to pick up sleep data at all, the app states different step counts to the watch.
In summary I'm very disappointed in the product.
I wouldn't recommend it, a waste of money.

My patience has run out with Fitbit
Well had my Fitbit charge 5 for approx 2 years, pro's tracks cycling pretty well, BUT after the latest episode of the logo screen recycled and not connecting to my phone (nowhere near the first time) I have thrown the towel in with this watch - currently on holiday and it's just recycling the logo might have to go and buy a cheap watch to tide me over - this Fitbit watch wasn't cheap when I brought it so disappointed - Having contacted Fitbit it has been deemed broken, lasted less than 2 years, offered 35% off another (thanks John) I won't be going back to Fitbit brand, expected it to last longer - now for research into another

Refurbished replacement is a dud
I have had a fitbit for 10 years. At least 4 have broken within 10 to 20 months. 3 were replaced but always with refurbished replacements. These last even less time than the new ones.
My latest refurbished watch has now broken but fitbit will not replace it as they say the original no longer has a warranty !! Have notvhad the courtesy of responding to my complaint. Shocking service.

Comply or die.
Comply or die.
I am living with tachycardia, a heart condition linked to stress that causes my heart rate to surge dangerously, even when i am at rest, putting me at imminent risk of stroke or heart attack, but my trusty Fitbit device has been an absolutely lifeline for me, effectively monitoring these episodes and providing critical alerts.
Now, my Fitbit device has developed a battery fault where the charge depletes prematurely but Fitbit has agreed to replace it for me, which I do appreciate, but despite explaining that my wellbeing literally depends on the continuous heart monitoring feature in the device, they insist I must return the faulty device before they'll ship a replacement.... no exceptions.
I can get 10/12 alerts a week so i can't afford to be without it and I just feel that Fitbit's rigid warranty process completely disregards the risk customers like me face being left without a way to detect dangerous high heart rate episodes when a faulty device is being sent back to their warranty dept for inspection (in another geography) before they will send a replacement out, so it's a stark choice customers face: comply with their policy, or potentially face life-threatening consequences...
It's so sad to witness this once-respected company, now under Google's ownership, prioritise rigid warranty protocols and processes over customer safety and well-being.

Do NOT Trust Fitbit!
I have been a devout Fitbit user since 2016. No real problems with the app itself - however, I am on my 4th device. When I moved to the Charge versions, I was sent a refurb replacement when charging the watch made it very hot. When the refurb'd unit stopped syncing, etc. - I moved onto a Versa 4. While that is working fine, I find myself - like many other poor saps - ripped off with a yearly Fitbit Premium that I didn't use in the time I had it, nor will I. Fitbit themselves did not remind me this annual charge was coming up - that was left to Google Pay to do (to my gmail account - which I use almost as little as Fitbit Premium!). Having read of all the 'sorry - you can't do anything about that' on the Fitbit Forum - it is clear that this company has absolutely NO integrity - and just chuckles as it is ripping people off, seemingly with no repercussions. When my Versa 4 dies - I do hope I can get my own data back, before I turn my back on Fitbit forever. It may be a good product and app - but absolutely thieving scumbags as a business. Hence so many 1-Star reviews here on TrustPilot - because nobody TRUSTS Fitbit!

Shameful app
excellent watch!
Dangerous app. it works out your calorie deficit by how active you are each day. So on a Sunday, my rest day even when iv only had my breakfast the food tracker says iv over eaten, that's after having a 3 egg omelette and doing 12,000 steps.
its things like this that give people eating disorders.
So one day I'm allowed 3,866 Calorie and the next day I'm only allowed 865 depending on how active iv been.
If you haven't hit the cardio points it recommends it tells you that you haven't done enough and you'll fall behind.
I walk a minimum of 12,000 steps a day and I do 6 days of 90/120 minutes of weights a week.
That is quite sufficient.
Sort it out fitbit before people end up physically exhausted and left with an eating disorder.
Also, the food bar scanner is useless. Scan your food item and something completely different pops up, and if you do happen to get the item you've scanned it's incorrect information.
