The First Tech customer service was astounding!

The First Tech customer service representative was incredibly helpful and solved multiple issues in an amazingly short, succinct, and professional response. We were amazed and overjoyed with his knowledge, experience, and complete solutions to multiple and connected issues my wife and I raised. What a pro! Thay you so much!

My experience with First Tech has been…

My experience with First Tech has been great. Frank Lee was my first contact for customer service in June and he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I had to place a second call this month due to problems with internet payment. Frank Lee was again my customer service representative. I knew I would be helped, and he took my payment promptly and securely. I know I can count on receiving the best customer service with First Tech.

Debit cards for kids

I worked with Myah Jackson to get debit cards for my kids. She was really helpful in answering all my questions, clearly explained the whole process and walked me through each step. She even pre-filled out paperwork for me and stayed on the phone while we got it all handled.

It's folks like Myah that keep me at First Tech. I can get 'free checking' and things at other banks, but being able to handle these sorts of questions & issues smoothly and quickly really goes a long way in keeping us banking with First Tech.

Myah is outstanding and one of the best personal bankers I've worked with!
