Great customer service
Great customer service, fast shipping, and good quality glasses for the price. The selection is amazing. Their Facebook group is also fun and does a lot of contests and giveaways.

Incredible. I ordered some glasses with my prescription lenses on Sunday 29th of June and they arrived Tuesday the 8th of July. They are great quality, better than what I got from my previous opticians and not only did I mange to get my first frame for £5 I got a second pair with lenses that change to sunglasses for doing an unboxing video. They came in a nice hard case with a protective bag and I'm really happy and will recommend them to anyone looking for glasses.

Waste of money
I spent over a hundred pounds on this site only to end up with glasses I can’t wear because the clip on shades I purchased along side them broke, I normally wear bifocals and but had single lense glasses as I wanted them just for sunglasses.. these glasses and frames are now useless to me.. they gave me a £6 refund for the broken clip on which looked heavy and ugly anyway.. please don’t buy these clip ons, the pics on the sight don’t show just how ugly and flimsy they are..

Due to processing limitations, prescription sunglasses can only be made with single vision lenses, not bifocals. As for the clip-ons, they do require gentle handling—when you're in the sun, simply flip them down to cover your clear prescription lenses.

Just received my 6th pair of…
Just received my 6th pair of prescription glasses from Firmoo and have never been disappointed. I love their colourful, vintage glasses designs, the prescription side is 2nd to none, I use for driving and reading, and all have been perfectly made, the best glasses by far, crystal clear vision and yet I added no extras, just the basics and each pair around £40, can’t ask for better!

Great value for money
I'm midway through surgeries on both eyes so just needed a cheap pair of glasses to tide me over as my right eye is almost finished and my surgeries on the left won't commence for another 6 months.
My prescription is therefor quite complex, especially the difference between my right and left eyes currently.
The g;asses arrived in under a week, which for progressive lenses with photochromatic transitions is pretty good.
They fit well and work great, and for 80 euros all in they are exceptional value for money.

You shouldn't have gone to Specsavers!
First, I would like to give a big shout out for Aryaa, customer service at Firmoo who responded to my email within hours. The email was lovely but professional, thorough and deferred to me, the customer. Excellent comms. As for the glasses, this is my second order with Firmoo. The lenses are crisp and faultless but the biggest bonus is that you're not walking around with the same pair of glasses as everyone else, so no, I shouldn't have gone to Specsavers! Fantastic frame choice, all kinds of options for lenses and possible clip on sunglasses as well. My go-to store for glasses.
