Had difficulty sourcing an item in Australia. I contacted Finn + Emma and they told me they can ship it to me.. Responded to me quickly and directed me the right item, on the site. Shipping was reasonable considering how far it had to come. I received it in a week. Which i think is pretty fast considering. Great customer service!

I love the quality of all their products and it's not a design that is going to peel off so this is one that will be able to be handed down. I will definitely purchase more in the future.

I ordered the swing for my new grandbaby in February. I have not received the item. I reached out to them in March and was told it would be coming in 2 to 3 weeks. It's May and still no swing. I emailed them Friday and no response from that yet. You know people work hard for their money especially with the price of things now. It's not hard to be honest and a good person.

The product is top quality. I was disappointed with the shipping, as it took far longer than advertised, but eventually I got my items. Overall I'm glad I found this company, but the shipping time could have been faster.

This company's customer service is far beyond anything I've experienced before. They really should be the gold standard in how they treat their customers and how effectively they solve any issues...even when those issues were not their fault. Like USPS losing my package! I ordered for the first time but it wont be my last.

I am still waiting for my swing that was ordered at the beginning of November. This company may be a scam . I guess I am not giving this as a Christmas present.

This is regarding order 96139. For a discounted price of $111 (Black Friday “deal”) for the oval play mat, I received only the foam tube with no fringe cover as pictured and described in the product description. I have emailed customer service 5 times in the past week to request a prepaid label to send the tube back for a refund. No response whatsoever to my request. I have also called their phone number which goes directly to voicemail. I wish I had read the reviews of the company on trustpilot.com before making a purchase. This company is a scam. Please do yourself a favor and read the reviews of the company before buying. I will not only post a review to warn others on social media, but I will also file fraud with my credit card company.
