Very disappointing company

Very disappointing company. They do not answer the phone and they lied about the percentage rate. You end up paying way more in interest than promised and they do not respond to emails. Don't get involved with this company. You will regret it . They are unethical and have poor customer service. Can't reach anyone with a problem.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I asked to change the payment of the pay date for two weeks because my brother had suddenly died and they did not care. They took the money without authorization and left me stranded without food and medications for diabetes and congestive heart failure. They are uncaring. They do not answer the phone and rarely return emails. I do not recommend these people they are a total rip off and could not care less for their customers.

I like working with Fig

I like working with Fig. I have been helped several times.
This time however was frustrating because of the back and forth asking for my ID. I'm happy to provide it again but it was stressful to keep getting emails about it.
