Easy to talk to

Staff was super nice and they're easy to get ahold of. Anyone who is just entering the biking market should check them out.

Ordered in May

Ordered in May! Reached out each month .. broken promises ! Same bike advertised today 3-5 delivery! It has been 24 weeks +!! What kind of company is this dishonest with there customers! False Advertising

Inaccurate Lead Times / Canceled Order

Placed an order with Fezzari for a Cascade Peak in May 2021. Was given a 12 - 14 week delivery date. After six delays and essentially zero communication from Fezzari, I've been delayed once more to mid to late Dec. Fezzari blames COVID and the "ports being clogged," but many other companies such as Trek, Canyon, REI, Salsa, and more can keep bikes in stock. Wonder why that is? I don't think Fezzari will last much longer with their lack of accurate delivery times and abysmal customer service. Recommend buying a bike anywhere but here.

A friend told me about Fezzari

A friend told me about Fezzari, they didn’t know much about the company but I started doing some research. Their website and ordering was super easy to use but as this was my first major mountain bike purchase, I had some questions. So, I called them. Wow, what an amazingly helpful customer service department they have! I knew at that point that if I were to plop down a huge chuck of my hard earned money and wasn’t happy with the bike, they would make it right. I purchased their Abajo Peak as it was in my price range and had some really solid components. I received the bike, put it together and was on my way. I have had a few questions about the bike since then and they have always replied swiftly and honestly.

I all but ruled out Fezzari because of…

I all but ruled out Fezzari because of limited reviews but a few exchanges with their customer service team made me quickly reconsider. They answer emails promptly, actually build bikes to fit the rider and stand by their stuff with a great return policy and warranty. I demoed the cascade peak, then three other bikes (two more expensive) and then bought the cascade peak. Easiest decision I ever made. Bike arrived perfectly set up for me. I can't imagine a better bike or a better experience. Fezzari makes great bikes and cares about their customers. Can't ask for more than that.
