Balcony rental for 4 on Estafeta on July 12, 2019, the rental was as promised, We were met @ approx 6:45 am and taken to the apt at 7 am. The host had a light breakfast prepared. Myself and the family enjoyed the experience

Mark and his team are first rate. Running with the Bulls with these guys is like taking a test when you already have all the answers.
Even as a rookie runner I felt very prepared by using the resources this group provides.

Great experience. We decided to go on this adventure on a weeks notice and Pam and Mark made it happen with ease. I changed a few excursions and added a person and they again made the adjustments with ease and like it was no trouble at all. The gave great advice and made it a memorable experience. Simply outstanding. Exceed what were very high expectations. Worth the extra money we paid in order to have the best experience. As I highlight below, there were a number of specific things your company did that made this go from a "once in a lifetime experience" to an experience I cannot wait to bring friends to and repeat.

I want to say thank you for the incredible work you and your team did for us this week. We just returned from four days in Pamplona and had a wonderful experience, due in no small part to the product and service that your company provided. Your balconies and tours were worth every penny.

The amount of information we learned from you was invaluable before we arrived and between that data and the knowledge we gained on the walking tour from Dennis (Go Army, beat navy), we were well prepared for our run. Almost everyone completes the run without injury, but I think many people get little out of it except to watch a bull run by. With your information, we knew more about how to run, where to start, plusses and minuses of different locations, cautions on the sweeper bulls that trail behind, and countless other tips. The next morning when I saw myself in the local newspaper I thought that I never would have been in the right place, running in the right manner, and enjoying myself that much, without the help from your service.

We rented a balcony for the first day's opening ceremony "Chupinazo" events and it was so worth it! The view of the square and the festivities was unforgettable. My friends who have seen my social media postings cannot believe the scene and the amount of joy and craziness in that tiny square. And we eventually snuck down and joined the insanity. It was priceless.

But our greatest appreciation goes to the young lady you had working the door at Estafada 2-1 on 08 and 09 July. We accidentally booked our balcony backwards (2 seats on one day and 1 seat on the other day) and ended up with an extra seat when I was running and short a seat when I was not running. Your team, and especially the woman running the location at 2-1, was perfect! She figured out a solution and got us into a position where we had the most awesome viewing of the curve! What a lifesaver. Please thank her for her professionalism.

Also, your use of the Trip Plans app was great. That was so smart and made it so easy to link up where we needed to be and have all the information at our fingertips.

Your service was a bit more expensive but we are really glad we paid the extra dollars for a top class experience with excellent professionals.

If you are considering going to watch or run with the bulls I would highly recommend booking with “Running of the Bulls”. I am someone who doesn’t get out much, I was a little concerned about being in a foreign country without knowing how to speak Spanish. Mark and his crew made me feel completely at ease every moment. The app made it impossible to get lost. The people of Pamplona are extremely friendly even with the language barrier, people were helpful. I usually spoke someone who spoke some English everywhere I went. I live near New Orleans in Louisiana and have experienced Mardi Gras. The atmosphere at the festival makes Mardi Gras look like a church picnic, except there were no fights the entire time I was there even with hundreds of thousands of people. Mark and his associates made all the difference.

We have just booked our 2019 trip to Pamplona. Mark and Linda were absolutely the best.
No question went unanswered and no concern was unheard.
I realize there is no guarantee of a good time but I can say that they have done all they can do to help facilitate it.
We will make the trip as memorable as we can but I feel Mark and the team are the ones that will give us all the tools to have a GREAT trip!

We went into our trip not knowing as much as we probably should have, but all the individuals associated with the company we had interactions with - either during booking or actually at the festival - went out of their way to help answer our questions, made sure we were setup with everything we needed, and even checked in with us via texts, emails, and/or phone calls prior to activities we had signed up for to confirm that we knew where to be and when. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience in terms of all things handled by Mark and the other staff members. We thought our trip was going to be a “once in a lifetime” opportunity, although even before we had landed back in the states we were discussing details for making a return trip in a couple years, but with the expectation of including more people and extending our stay by at least a couple of days; so that in itself is probably the best indication of how satisfied we were with their services!

Running of the Bulls.
Train transport, balcony viewing, event gear and webinars were great.
Based on webinar, we thought finding a place to eat would be difficult. IT wasn't. Reserved both a lunch and a dinner. No idea these would be 3 hour events. Got the earliest lunch time (1:30 pm) but not done til almost f pm. And missed the tour of the running of the bulls course.
