First, I always have a great experience when dealing with Eyeglass Direct. Not only are they fast, but more importantly, the prescriptions are always filled accurately. Once, I had taken a pair of your glasses to Kaiser Permanente's Eye Essentials Department because I had bent the frame. The technician examined the lenses to determine if the prescription was accurately filled. He told me the lenses were 100% correct, and asked me where I bought them. I have only used Eyeglass Direct since that time.
