Easy, fun, and accurate!

The price and ease of "calling in" a prescription is AMAZING! I actually look forward to coming to this webite. Love the options and prices! I've never had a problem with the prescriptions either!

Not respecting the legal warranty

Only 4 months after receiving my Ray-ban glasses, the left glass had a defect (weird and symetrical circles all around the glass). They charged me for the return because "the lens cost has gone up". Guys. This doesn't respect your own policy published on your site nor the minimum legal warranty in canada which is that the product should be used in a reasonable amount of time. 4 months for this pair is not reasonable by any means.

Thanks: So MANY Choices for Such Great Prices!

Thanks, EyeBuyDirect. My husband works 80 hours a week. What was great was the choices (getting heart shaped rainbow prescription glasses/progressives for 60.00 when other comparable sites were $80.00 or more), the coupons, and I am poor and unemployed, and I was able to navigate well. There were/are shopping discounts and choices for people that NO OTHER place is giving. PLEASE KEEP OFFERING THESE GREAT CHOICES!

Lacking in Customer Service & Communication with the Customer

Its a little frustrating when the website online displays no inventory issues whatsoever for the lenses I picked and then surprisingly the next morning, when I check my order expecting an update I get a status update of the order being on hold. While I understand the issue of the product being out of stock I think its quite ridiculous that i received no email or no text about the sudden change in the inventory of the lenses that purchased until I reached out myself, this is bad customer service. Then again when reaching out myself, because I was not notified they said, "Sorry the lenses you bought are out of stock", again bad customer service maybe send an email out or better yet put it on the website that the lenses are on back order, so another customer doesn't have to deal with the issues of the lenses that they say are on back order to just send me a payment request asking for $10 extra for the upgraded lenses, sounds like you all should have comped that for myself, but alas I was talking to an AI or someone having to put my response in on Google Translate. Probably won't be using this company again.

I had some problems with placing my…

I had some problems with placing my order, I did a live chat with Pauline and she was very helpful. Before the chat with Pauline I was ready to cancel the order but Pauline explained what I needed to do to complete the order. Once I did the steps she suggested I was able to place the order. it turned out to be a good experience
