Fantastic service at Loughborough Euro car parts

It's not very often, but when you get absolutely perfect customer service, from a knowledgeable person, you think as a business owner, I'd give you a job tomorrow, I had that experience with a gentleman called Ibs at Loughborough Euro parts. Euro car parts Loughborough you have a diamond.

Sort the customer service and website out

Simple, easy to use website and order the exact product - a car battery - needed, however I received no confirmation email of my order even though gave the correct address and checked spam folders etc. Still product was delivered, except to the CC billing address - not the specified delivery address. I had to make 5 phone calls to get the battery delivered to the correct address. One of the staff said that a member of staff would call me back to resolve issue - no call came. Eventually got things sorted, re: delivery and battery is working perfectly

If I could give this company 0 stars I…

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They are a shambles. They messed up an order of mine in May. They sent me a £10 voucher to cover their error. I spent a couple of weeks trying to get it to work on their website, with no luck so I popped into their Perth store to try and use the voucher for Adblue. The person behind the desk told me I could only use the voucher with an on line order. I explained that it didn’t work on line and that I wanted to use the voucher for Adblue. There was on on the shelf in front of me. He tapped his computer and told me there were none in stock. I pointed to the one on the shelf and he told me there were none on their system. Told me to contact customer services which I had done several times. About as useful as a chocolate Tea Pot.

So I again contacted customer services who told me that although they had been having some issues with the website, it was now resolved and I could use my voucher

Guess what. Just tried to use it and the website crashes every time I selected pay now.

This lot are a shambles. Avoid at all costs

Waste of time and energy wished I'd used a company named after a rainforest in south america

Placed an order for sameday collection after 4pm, didnt recieve a email conformation, text or any communication that day. Called up the following day as still no confirmation via text or email to find out what had happend. Spoke to someone that was more useless than a chocolate teapot who told me i should go to the store to collect my item but couldnt get their head around the fact that I was still waiting for some form of notification that my order had been processed and the money had gone out of my account. Fortunately i had taken a screen grab of my order number and 2 days later was able to cancel the item through a much more efficient call handler and get a refund but the whole experince was unprofessional and dissapointing.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. The part came earlier then expected. Clearly labelled and didn't take me long to fit at all. Really well packaged. Will definitely be using this service again. Thank you.

Worst company I have ever seen

Worst company I have ever seen. You gave me a wrong part. I called customer care and emailed but basically told me they don't have time for me. Very unprofessional

Great price spares

Great price spares. Delivery as promised too.
£77 for rear pads and discs for a Jaguar is unheard of. Hope it’s not too good to be true. Parts fitted and working as they should.

Euro car parts are a disgrace.

Euro car parts are a disgrace.

I got a car parking fine at the Mansfield branch from them and I wasn't even driving the car as was stolen and I gave them the crime number and still have to pay the fine.

I will never buy from them or set foot in there shop when they are con artist......

We unfortunately do not send out parking fines. If a parking fine has been provided it will be from a third party company who runs the private parking at Mansfield. We have no control over parking at our stores whatsoever.

You would need to dispute this with the company that has sent you the fine.

I am writing to express my extreme…

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience with Euro Car Parts. I ordered spark plugs and received the wrong ones. This is a significant inconvenience, but the subsequent handling of my complaint was far worse.

First, the mispick itself caused a loss of time, as I had to identify the error and then initiate the returns process. This is a common issue, as reported by other customers.[1]

Second, the customer service I received was appalling. The representative on the phone was, in my opinion, discriminatory and attempted to shift the blame for their mistake onto me. This is a serious allegation, and it significantly worsened the situation.

Third, the complaint service and the store manager's handling of the issue were unprofessional. The manager's inability to use basic punctuation or spell my name correctly in emails further demonstrated a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for customer service. This lack of professionalism is a recurring theme in negative reviews.[2]

Breakdown of the Response

Overall, my experience with Euro Car Parts was incredibly stressful, resulting in a loss of time and a deeply negative impression of their customer service. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
Edit. This company is a joke. They do not investigate complaints adequately instaid they jump to assumptions

Money taken: no comms, no goods

Ordered a battery charger on 21st. Still not delivered.
No confirmation of order, or dispatch notice. Money taken from my credit card promptly. Checked web-site on 25th which showed it as Delivered. Used the Bot to no avail but then referred to Bradley G who said he'd pursue it with courier. Still waiting for any information.
Now realise it would have been quicker to go to Halfords!
Finally cancelled order and asked for a refund on 28th. Still no proof that order was ever even dispatched, let alone delivered!

Your delivery branch in Basildon are…

Your delivery branch in Basildon are really bad.
I have call 2 times to find out if parts will be delivered, they have told me that they atended to deliver in the morning, but apparently nobody ar home, but I have cctv installed and I haven't seen any of you divers, they promised will deliver in the evening, didn't happened.
I have called again next day to find out what happened, same excuse, I have asked if I can come and collect from the branch they said that they will keep my order on the branch. I went there but guess what, the parcel was out for delivery, my mechanic charged me extra 2 h for nothing because he was waiting for me to give him the parts.
At th end the girls from reception on Basildon branch gave me new parts and sort it.

1 item delivered was incorrect part, rang depot and they suggest I return the part to a branch for refund. That defeats the purpose of ordering online
