Seems to be in trouble

Ordered a pair of ER4XR earphones from the Etymotic Research website and was charged £307.41 After a few days received an update saying that my order is closed because the phones are out of stock. After a few more days was refunded £289.79.

So the sloppy and incompetent IT on the Etymotic website cost me £17.62. Just for nothing,

The ER4XR earphones are still available for order. If I try to write a review at the Etymotic's website it throws an error saying "merchant does not exist"
