Love my Moi et Toi ring. Birthstones are larger than I expected. Looks high quality and more beautiful than I imagined.

I hadn’t used this company before and was a tad nervous! The website though was so easy to use and I loved being able to view my bracelet online before ordering.

I looked all over for the perfect Grandmother ring for my Mother, with all of her grandchildren's birthstones in it. Eternate exceeded my expectations! She adores it, and we will never forget her... See more

Small but Mighty

The ring is very tiny and the color of the citrine is hard to detect however, it is a lovely little ring and seems well made. It was for my granddaughter and she loved it. I was just so shocked that the stones were so small

Low quality

I ordered a birthstone ring and it took forever to come in. When it did, the stones are tiny and the ring was visibly tarnished. Customer service offered to send a new one but no discount. We’ll see how the new ring comes in but I’m less than impressed.

Negative Review for Eternate Jewelry Company and…

Review for Eternate Jewelry Company and Baguette Multi-Birthstone Ring (Defective Product)
I am here with an honest review and to express deep disappointment with the Eternate company and the Baguette multi-birthstone ring, which was a gift from my children for a milestone birthday. Despite receiving prompt responses from the company, the overall experience was negative due to the following issues:

1. Sizing problems: The original ring was at least one size too small despite being ordered in the correct size (5.5). The exchanged ring (6.5) still didn’t align with standard sizing, raising concerns about sizing accuracy.
2. Poor appearance/different from what is pictured on website: The birthstones were extremely small and lacked color visibility, making the ring appear underwhelming and not as advertised.
3. Durability issues/workmanship/quality: Within two months, a center CZ stone fell out, indicating poor craftsmanship. I was not engaged in any activity that would explain the damage. The company refused to even consider this was a design flaw or something that occurred due to their own poor workmanship.
4. Customer service issues and warranty: The company refused to repair the ring without charging $90 ($60 for repair and $30 for shipping), citing that it was outside the 30-day return window and denying any fault in design or workmanship.
5. Overall experience:
I feel the product is of poor quality, not worth the $600+ price tag, and I would point out to others that there many other similar negative reviews. I plan to purchase a replacement ring locally from a more reputable jeweler and strongly discourage buying from Eternate.

Key message: The ring was not as pictured, poorly made, and overpriced. The post-purchase support was disappointing, unsatisfactory, and unacceptable. Please beware and shop elsewhere!!!

Sent me the wrong ring twice

Sent me the wrong ring twice. It was at least easy to return, but how do you mess up twice? It is a Terrible jewelry company! This company has no clue what people order. They just send you some random ring hoping you’ll be happy with it. I would be very careful ordering a ring from here. Eternate is overpriced and incompetent. Beware of ordering from this awful company.

TERRIBLE

I’m beyond frustrated with this company. They market themselves as selling high quality jewelry, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. I spent $350 on a white gold ring with Alexandrite stones, expecting something durable and well-crafted. Instead, I received a piece of junk. The craftsmanship was awful from the start, and after wearing it fewer than 30 times, one of the stones just fell out.

I contacted their customer service hoping they’d stand by their product, but they refused to help. In fact, they basically admitted the ring was poorly made — and still did nothing. It’s infuriating.

What’s worse, their website is full of glowing reviews — now I know why. They’re clearly scrubbing negative feedback. Once you start looking at platforms they can’t manipulate — like the BBB, Trustpilot, and Facebook — the truth comes out: constant complaints about stones falling out, bad craftsmanship, and the company completely ignoring their so-called “lifetime warranty.”

This company is a scam hiding behind slick marketing and fake reviews.

Helpful staff, honest.

I was very impressed with the staff’s willingness to accommodate and how helpful they were. The communication time was not super fast but they made up for it with their customer support and helpfulness. I will return for my next jewelry piece!

I also ordered something for Mother's…

I also ordered something for Mother's Day. I placed the order on May 5th. It said it will arrive by Friday. It is now May 13th, and they haven't even shipped it.

I'm sad that both the gift that was supposed to be from the kids never arrived for Mother's Day and the the disappointment from my wife that it wasn't available.

At this point with no communication when I inquired on Sunday, I'm about to cancel the order and take my business elsewhere.

The ring we purchased was broke apart…

The ring we purchased was broke apart within 5 months of light use. We took it to two different Jewelry repair shops and both said it was too thin to repair and would break again if they tried fixing it

Never fulfilled the order

I decided to purchase a bracelet from this website for Mother's Day. There are numerous other stores that make the same exact jewelry. I went with Eternate because at checkout, they said delivery would be the Friday before Mother's Day or the Monday after. On the Monday following Mother's Day, the order was still not prepared for shipping. I had to cancel the order, and had no Mother's Day gift. The most frustrating thing is that I was quite excited to give the gift, and now she is not really interested in it.

Update: the company has reached out to me and has offered to try to make things right. I told them not to worry. Everything I said before still applies, and take caution if you are up against a deadline. But...they do seem to care and want to do things right. Give them a shot if you want.

STONES ARE SOO SMALL

I had high hopes for the birthstone ring I got with 6 stones (no real stones or gold) for a Mother’s Day Gift. THE STONES are SO SMALL you can barely see them! I was very disappointed

ABSURD $280 "Restocking Fee" for Online Ring Return

We ordered a wedding band from Eternate online and my fiancé tried it on with her engagement ring. She removed the black tag because it made it impossible to judge the fit and look properly and decided it wasn't quite right. We returned the ring following the outlined procedure and just got an email that they are charging us a 20% "restocking fee" because she removed the price tag. $280 for a PRICE TAG?? This is outrageous and absurd, how much could a price tag cost them to reprint?? We will be contacting customer service repeatedly to fight this charge. Ridiculous.
