Scam or out-of-business?

Ordered something and they charged my credit card. Got a confirmation email that said the tracking info would be sent the following day, never happened. Tried to email their customer support per the website instructions, the email address was inactive so the email bounced back. I looked up the company registration and found the registered agent, tried to call them, phone number is inactive. No other phone numbers are provided on the website. I was forced to ask Amex to dispute thay charge. The gear looks cool and seems to have good reviews, but I don't k ow if they are a scam or out-of-business.

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost.
Terrible company.
Ordered a shovel in good faith and it never arrived. Asked for a refund which when given wasn't the full amount and now I've had to open a case through PayPal. EST gear are now avoiding all communication and im still waiting for my money back.
